How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The sound proof is bad and the room is kinda old and small.
The location is close to the Kaoshiung Train Station and the staffs were friendly.

Breakfast variety was small and often not refilled quickly and cold. 1 of our family members got bit by some bugs overnight, though don't know what kind of bugs. Also, some of the beds were a bit soft and the shower floor is slippery.
They have a small snack bar with water and coffee in the lobby. Also, breakfast was included in the price. The room we booked was very spacious and they have coin operated laundry on the top floor. They provide a refillable water station in the lobby and room.

laundry area looks too old and dirty although washing machine and dryer look ok.. I did not dare to wash clothes. Seem that the room floor not properly cleaned(can feel sticky and dust on my feet). Breakfast quite average. Accidentally saw cockroach. need kitchen cleaning. Bathroom seems wear and tear off.

Heavy smoking from other rooms n smoke smell stays along the corridor. First now night, next door neighbour smoking travels to out toilet. Got to cover the exhaust to prevent smoke in the toilet. .

the nespresso machine was removed from the kitchen at almost 5days to the end of our staying; bummer!

the roof in the bathroom was leaking it was quite annoying, but it's an okay stay, especially since they allow pets. I do think they overcharge for your pets to stay there.its 500 per night, and they said it's for cleaning the fee of the pet. I cleaned up after my pet because that was my responsibility, and my pet is trained he didn't damage any property. I think they should revise that
I love that I could have my room "clean" at anytime.

I stayed for two nights and the room was never cleaned. Some tea and coffee could be provided in the room since the room has the cattle (but tea and coffee are available in the public zone downstairs). The air conditioner flows right in the bed direction, and makes it cold to sleep. The rooms need some refreshment.
Not far from the main train station, good equipped (refrigerator, teapot with cups, some coffee and tea with cakes on free access), friendly staff.

The floor tiles were dingy (looked dirty but were not dirty). Beds were a little hard, but that did not affect my being able to sleep.
Breakfast was good and filling. Bedroom was spacious, included a desk and mini-refrigerator. Bathroom shower was adequate. Staff was pleasant. Had washer/dryer for guest use. Great location to walk to metro (main station).

It was close to lots of restaurants and my school campus. It was a short walk to the MRT, so getting around Kaohsiung was convenient.

No milk is offered with breakfast, and it’s a bit old it could do with a renovation (but it’s well maintained and everything worked well). The area is not very nice aesthetically but looks a but residential, it felt safe.
Clean, functional, staff speak English, wifi works well. Location is good near Kaohsiung station, there’s a nearby night market with delicious food. Overall would recommend.

A bit smelly in the room and the room size is smaller than we thought. Block the access when we opened a one big suitcase in the double room.
The location is good and the staff is nice. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is ok.
