Beds are comfy. Location is close to the metro station and night market. A lot of convenience store and restaurant nearby. Garbage are taken out every day and towels changed tho cleaning is done every 3 days.

This hotel is near all the restaurant and hotel just next to Carrefour supermarket, very convenient, just the staircase in the entrance really not convenient for old ppl and big luggage tourists, the staff is very friendly n helpful, especially a young boy, he always gives us good advice. Room is very clean. Is recommended hotel.

The location was a 10-15 minutes walk but that was ok a bit. The shower curtain was a bit smelly when you use the shower.

The twin room is not good for couples because two cant fit in one twin bed hahaha. Our bad for booking a twin room for couples hahahaa.

The place is very convenient to commuting, food tripping, grocery and more. The staff are very accommodating. Free water is an excellent plus. The price is good and worth the convenience we experienced.

It's unfortunate that the elevator does not go all the way to the ground since we had to carry our luggage to get to the lobby. Would be better if it is included in the paper they provided that the front desk is 24 hrs so if we needed to check out we can just leave our room key. Also, would be better if the room was not dusty, the sheets did not have a stain, and I can open the windows though I didn't do it because the window was dirty. There was no bidet in our room so it may be something others would consider when booking a room.

I like how we were able to deposit our luggage before our check-in since we got to explore Ximending while killing time. It was accessible whenever we want to go to a convenience store (Family Mart) and supermarket (Carrefour).

It wasn't as up to date as other hotels (which is not really an issue. Just my preference.). It was not as clean as I had hoped but not really much of a concern as I only booked the area for sleeping.

Location - easy to find and convenient. Near Ximending night market. Check-In - hassle free and quick. Staff were great and friendly. Amenities - it was complete and had the basic needs of any traveler.

We were upgraded to triple room and they were very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very convenient.

The beds are not very comfortable. It is definitely fine for a night a or two but longer seems bad for your back. The AC is centrally managed. Depending on usage in other rooms you might hear dripping sounds in the walls that can be quite irritating.

The location close to Ximen is pretty good. It has all necessary amenities.

- Have got only air conditioning (no heater) cannot adjust temperature, only fan speed can do. Too cold in Dec. (I cannot feel of different btw speed 1&2). - Not sound proof, I can hear noise outside & from the street all night.(I stay on the 2nd floor) - The hotel provide only 1 key & recommended to return the reception every time we go outside. - Dust - Stain on window - You have to go up&down the stair about 5steps to the hotel entrance. If you have got a large luggages, it will be trouble. - You can leave your luggage at hotel before check in & after check out..but over night will be charged.

- Superb location ,close to bus stop , MRT, in the middle of Ximen. - Close to many recommended street & local food. - Have got bath tub, cozy bed, free complementary water 2 bottles everyday. - Moderate room size, small shower room. - Friendly & warm welcome staff. - The hotel is in list of 'Lucky draw - accomodation', DEC2024* You can apply the voucher cover your stay. (As staff said from 01Jan2025, there would have no disposal amenity provided for guest.)

Service attitude of staff can be improved. They seemed short of staff and looked busy, but when we do have a question and need their attention. I think it is not too demanding to request that they give attention and reply politely.

The location of the hotel is very accessible. The price for the accommodation in relation to its proximity to trains, food, sightseeing etc is good.

The bathroom is too small, bathtub and shower is together. Why don't just have shower if there is just a small space? The workers speak too fast.

Location convenient, a carrefour is besides and there is quite an amount of 7-11 nearby. It's near ximending. The hotel room bigger than my expectations. And the breakfast has some options for vegetarian.

The price: I would choose this place again if the room was cheaper. At 130 a night in full winter for one person, my expectations are higher. Floors were dirty. My room was very small, no room to swing a cat (I was assigned a double room facing the rear of the building). Worked for me as a solo traveller but I had no where to sit and no where to hang clothes (apart from a coat hanger). My window literally faced a wall. Breakfast was pretty dire, I grabbed mine elsewhere.

Very helpful staff. Convenient location, close to Ximen MRT, lots of eateries and shops without the chaos. Overall cleanliness, especially in the bathroom (whereas floors could have been much cleaner). Fresh towels every day. Fridge in the room.
