Location is so central and perfect for 5 days in Taipei. Staff are incredible and considerate. The free breakfast is a bonus. Beds were comfortable.

Location for us, was right in the thick of things for tourists but think I may have preferred another area.

Staff terrific and breakfast included, rooms comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for busy area but is on side street.

The breakfast was delicious! The only problem is that the portion size could be larger😅.

The property is amazing! The room is tastefully decorated and it’s warm in winter! Decent supplies of tea and coffee in the room and good sized soap hehe. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The claw machine in the lobby is the best!

Nothing I didn’t like. Everything was good.

Everything is good about this property. All of the staff were very welcoming, always greeting us, helpful especially when we have questions about travelling to places, food recommendations etc. they were always fluent in English so it makes it easier to communicate. The breakfast they provided gave me a home cooked feel and it’s different everyday. Also, Energy Inn was able to help me get pineapple tarts from Chia Te and got it delivered to the hotel the next day. It was a big plus as I didn’t need to travel down specifically for the souvenirs. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be doing so for my next visit!

Breakfast is pre-ordered each day and there are only two choices to choose from. It was OK, but nothing to write home about. I wish there was more fruit options to choose from.

Ideally located in a quiet alley a couple of blocks from the lively Ximending night market. The area is very walkable and safe. The hotel is trying really hard to appeal to travelers. Small things stand out, like the luggage scale in the lobby and various informational notices in the elevator. It was refreshingly different from the large chain hotels.

Actually the thing that I noticed is you will here the voice of people talking outside the room because the wall is not sound proof, but it’s okay nothing to worry.☺️

Everything is excellent! Food is good, staff is very nice, they will help you with the direction to the place that you want to visit. They clean the room everyday. They even have a surprise gift for me on my birthday. Thank you Energy Inn looking forward to stay with you again on my next visit.😊❤️

Staff are efficient, friendly and were excellent source of information. Located within 5 minutes walk to Ximen Station. There are a few Youbike stations within 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Nothing. It’s a great place for short stays.

The location is great, very close to Ximending. The room I got (deluxe) was simple but comfortable. Despite being on a low floor, it is relatively quiet. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Everything, comfy, good value for money, super service and staff, breakfast was great, we had an excellent stay as a family of 5 with 3 boys of 15, 12 and 9 who loved their stay in Energy Inn! Great location too !

A bit cramp if you book the 5person in one room (dormitory type) however there is a place for the luggage.

It is close to the night market. Breakfast is tasty. So many surprises upon check in. Highly recommended.
