Perfect location - come out at Z2 exit of Taipei main station and you are at the front door. Super easy to access TRA, MRT, or HSR. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and a washer/dryer in the apartment. Very good facilities.

The place was clean and the room was spacious. Most importantly, the staff were so lovely. I lost my wallet in an Uber, and the front desk helped me so much. They called the driver and made sure I got it back. Thank you so much! I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.💖🙏🏻

The pillows were a bit hard and the walls of the rooms seems to not have been maintained very well.. but overall it was a great stay. Will I recommend it? Yes definitely!

Your staff are all very helpful, especially Lynn. She is new yet she really extends a hand to help us out when we were in need. We especially like the location as it was near almost everything. The tour they arranged with Leo was also great!! We like that we can sleep in three different bedrooms for privacy!! The lounge at the 19F was a plus too!

I would appreciate it if management could provide additional clothes hangers in the room, which accommodates three guests. Although there is a washing machine with a tumble dry function, only three hangers were provided. This is insufficient for hanging wet towels and clothes to dry.

MU house access is via Sky 19 hotel reception. The access to our room was via an exterior walkway two floors below. The walkway was clean and tidy but dated and utilitarian.

The ceiling part, which was a bit dusty. There was no ceiling board in the common areas as this is part of the aesthetic feel of the place, but there were a bit of dust so I had some allergic reaction. This did not dampen our trip though and I would still book this place if I visit Taipei again.

The location was the best thing about this place. Very accessible and the instructions to check in are very helpful and easy to understand.

House keeping - 1 free complimentary house keeping was requested on 28/3 but house keepers did not turn up. I have to go to counter & rebooked to 29/3 & housekeeping done at 4 plus.

We love the location which is opposite the main station. Lucca, the front desk was very helpful and ensured that the pick up taxi was waiting at the right spot for us. This level of service blew us away. We are so grateful for all his help.

This hotel is located opposite Taipei train station and there are many family mart and 7-11 convenience shops in the neighbourhood.
