We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only minor note is that some guests might find the 50-meter walk from the car park slightly inconvenient during rainy weather.

Our family stayed in the Quadruple Room with Lake View for two nights, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The staff went above and beyond - always greeting us with warm smiles and friendly hellos whenever we passed by. Our spacious room was very clean. The hotel location is so convenient. It's right next to the old street with all the charming gift shops and restaurants. They even provided free car pak in such a busy area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely staff! They spoke limited english when we were there, but they were still very friendly and helpful. The room was great, with a nice view over the lake. Everything was clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this place!

There are renovation ongoing when I went hence it will be nice to inform us when we are booking the hotel instead of telling us when we are already at the hotel and nothing much we can do. Lucky renovation only happen during the day time when we are not in room and only minor drilling and hammer sound.

Hotel is directly next to sun moon lake and below it is food and night market hence it is convenient. However to get to the hotel, will need transport. Things around it is tourist pricing.

The room is very spacious, clean, well pointed, pleasantly decorated and furnished with reasonably good furniture. The quilt is feather filled. Towels are new and clean. Good provision of bathroom amenities. The lake view from the room is fantastic. Breakfast spread is good consider the size of the hotel. There are cooked Chinese wishes, buns, rice porridge, bamboo rice, breads, cakes, coffee, teas, juice, soy milk, fruits, etc. more than enough to fill up everyone’s stomach. The property is literally steps away from the jetty, surrounded by shops and food places.

Our neighbours had very loudly screaming kids which we could hear through the hallway. After knocking on their door and asking them to keep it down, they finally did. They were equally as loud at the breakfast table, too bad.

Room was clean, nice balcony and view of the lake. Mini fridge, water cooker and some tea. Showergel/shampoo and conditioner available. It was a very comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was limited but very decent: lots of vegetables, some fruit and Taiwanese specialties. I liked our stay a lot!

The room is small, but it has a balcony. There was some singing coming from outside near the pier which went on till quite late at night. People walking along the lake just next to the hotel could make noise too.

This part of Sun Moon Lake is not where most tourists stay, but i like the quieter environment. The hotel is near the shopping and eating street although there are not many shops like in more touristy places. The room overlooks the lake. There is a walkway by the lake just in front of the hotel, and we saw the sunset from there. There are restaurants nearby serving tribal dishes. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was quite nice with healthy vegetables and the bamboo rice was delicious!

The floor in the bath room, especially the shower place, is slippery, which could be dangerous for elderly.

Great location, the lake walkway access is located right in front. The hotel is within very close walking distance to the ferry wharf. Great lake view looking out from room and balcony.
