Room are extremely small for a family of four. 2 large double beds basically took up the whole room. Pillows are slightly too soft.

The view. Comfortable beds. Room is clean. Basic breakfast include. Ferry pier literally round the corner less than 5 min walk. Staff are very polite and friendly.

The walls are not soundproof, you can clearly hear noise from your neighbors. Bath tub wall is neither blocking the water from spilling out, nor is easing its access. Overall the hardware is a bit too outdated

The bathroom design is weird. No shower curtain was installed. The water is everywhere when you shower.

Location is amazing. We had lake view room. It was beautiful to watch sunrise from the balcony. I like the buffet breakfast.

the room was a little small. given it was for 3 pax, i couldnt quite open my luggage fully. Otherwise, the room was excellent.

hotel's location was excellent, literally right by the pier and near the bus station. Family Mart is right across the street. the room was clean, the toilet very comfortable and spacious. the breakfast was very good, meets international standard.

Hotel is in front of the pier, not far from the bus station. View from the hotel was really nice when there was a clear sky. Room was not big but still comfy.

The internet in the hotel is quite bad. Connection keeps dropping. The bath tub rises up quite high. So not very convenient for elderly to get in/out of the tub.

The view overlooking the Sun Moon Lake was breathtaking! The 2nd best feature is that there is an instant hot/cold water dispenser in the room. No need to boil water! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast spread was very good and extensive. Good mix of Asian and Continental fare.

Theres a little light which I couldnt figure out how to switch off next to the door other than taking key card out of the power slot. Breakfast was ok (my waffle was frozen and needs to go through the toaster oven)

If I was on a Budget I would have just booked a standard room without the view. View was great but price was probably a bit much for just the view. Otherwise perfect
