How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewB1 Floor was a nice hang out spot after a long day of walking around Ximending and Taipei areas. Lots of snacks, ice cold drinks, and loads of free water bottles. Great sandwiches for breakfast too! Close to the night market, famous food places in Taiwan, shopping areas, etc. Room was cold and clean. Just the right amount of space. Great water pressure at the showers too. We had such a fantastic stay.

I've stayed in this hotel so many times throughout the years and I've been a loyal customer since they opened but this time is a huge disappointment and I'll never come back, hear me out. The day we went to check in (16/7/2025) we got assigned a room that's unbelievably small (the kind that u cannot even put 2 checked luggages in the room without taking up all the space), it was totally impossible to open the luggage in the room. Due to this issue, I went down to the lobby and there were 2 staff working there. One of them had short hair whereas the other one has long hair. at first i communicated with the long hair staff in mandarin, I'm not very fluent in mandarin hence the attitude of the long hair stuff was rude and dismissive. The room that I booked was listed as (14m²), however the toilet takes up half the size. The long hair staff said the most diabolical thing ever to me, she told me to put all my luggages in the bathroom which clearly will be wet! Then she proceeded to tell me to put the luggages under the table after I got winded up when she told me to put it in the bathroom, my luggages are bigger than the table/desks itself. One important note was, that was nearly 9pm and she told me that there was no other room available at that moment and the earliest she can do anything for me would be the next morning. Morever, she couldn't stop asking me to pay extra in order to receive a better room, which is totally ridiculous and unprofessional because clearly she just didn't wanna do anything to help us, she offered no help but kept persuading me to pay more to get a better room as THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE ROOM.

Verified reviewThe location was excellent. Just across Ximending walkway. The hotel itself was fun and comfortable. Children 11yrs old and below are free on the exisiting bed, but if the child is big for his/her age then i'll suggezt to avail the triple sharing room. The Lobby and reception is located in B1, snacks are available throughout the day. We'll definitely book again.
They don't have a bidet. So, you need a bidet i suggest to bring a portable one.

Verified reviewLocation was very very good, near the station, convenience store and Ximending central area. Service was also good and helpful, and they were very lenient for the booking-system laundry (it was 3 hours but they gave additional 2 hours allowance for you take your clothes out, so you can actly still travel around and not waste your time). Facilities such as free snacks and entertainment at B1 were great for sure even though I did not get the time to use it but I saw many families and guests using them. Room itself was really clean and functional as well. Overall, really liked it and would stay again!

The room is very noisy, even switched off the air con, with the ear plugs on, it was still super noisy with this machine noise rattling around. The WiFi was poorly connected, I had problems to even open the Google map page or simply page search.

Verified reviewThe location is excellent, close to Ximen, MTR, buses, restaurants, many attractions, and even with a hospital like clinic within a few minutes walk. Hotel also has a common living room with games, and free snacks and beverages 24/7.
The room was very small, though the bathroom space was adequate.
