the hotel does serve breakfast but it requires the guests to walk about 150meter to another hotel (which is also owned by the same group) to have breakfast. Also, there is no smart TV in the hotel so my little daughter couldn't watch Youtube and she was quite disappointed.

the hotel staff gave me a room on a high floor so I got a better lake view, which was quite stunning. It is located near to the famous street with local stalls selling food and souvenirs

breakfast is served at rich forrest hotel which has no elevator or slope way for wheelchair we have to climb up ten steps to hotel lobby and then climb down ten steps to breakfast room

location is quiet even next lanes are noisy crowded .easy walking to ropeway cable car station modern japaneses style toilet with bath tub nice view frim room(lake view)

3 old slippers under the bed. Indoor swimming pool is also in the adjacent hotel and was very cold - not suitable for our 5yo.

Plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. It is served in an adjacent hotel from the same chain. Umbrellas are readily provided on both hotel exit doors. For dinner you have many possibilities around the corner from basic street food to more elaborate restaurants serving local specialties. We stayed 3 nights, could have added another 1 or 2 days for the many sights/activities around.

Check-out time was too early and not much of food option for breakfast.

The room is clean and right size for my family member of 4-5 persons. The balcony is also great overseeing the Lake in the morning.

The door lock of the room cannot be locked normally, and even if the room staff comes to repair it, there will still be abnormalities.

Location was really good - short walk to all that Itathao had to offer and easy to get to on the tourist boat -most people are doing sightseeing trips but some do take suitcases on board, note that you have to stay on the boat from Shuishe as Itathao is the second stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs which was a huge plus for me! I enjoyed the short walk up the road to breakfast, pleasant way to start the day

The buffet breakfast is great! Many varieties of foods to choose. We are very happy with the food and services. Definitely recommend this hotel for people want to stay in Sun Moon Lake.

It was difficult to find places for dinner as most shops were close by around 8plus pm. The nearest convenience store was about 7 minutes walk away and the journey there was pretty dark. Can be scary for single female travelers. We could also go to the nearby building to use the sauna facilities (but it was pretty scary at night as it wasn't crowded). Toilet pressure was also a bit wonky but overall no major issues.

It was located very close to the market, as well as the ferry terminal. There were activities nearby (bike rental - discount if you stay at the hotel), and water sports. There was also nice trails around to check out.

Room for 4 pax was quite small. The toilet bowl flush was not working well. Need to get the staff to clear before we could use again. Not only happen in our room, even at the lobby of the toilet, the toilet bowl flush also had the same problem.

Hotel is just right in the shopping streets and the lake view of our room is very beautiful.

Great take front view and very comfortable beds. We were surprised that the hotel shares pool and restaurant facilities with the hotel next door. Although the pool was indoors, it was not heated, so the perfect way to cool down after a long hot day exploring the lake. The pool also included a spa/sauna area which was extremely relaxing. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The shower room looked very dirty and very uncomfortable, especially the glass door of the shower room looked very dirty, as if it had never been washed. The tabletop in the room was still dirty after being wiped twice. There was water in one of the coffee cups，looks like someone has used it. I paid $6390 for this room and it was not worth it at all.

I like their breakfast especially with lake front view.
