The pool is open till 10pm and breakfast can be enjoyed till 1:30pm. That is perfect when you spend the day in Taroko.

There is nothing to do around the hotel. No night market or anything. But that was OK for us. We chosed it because of that reason :-)

We stayed at a suite and it was just perfect. Perfect view. Quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. And not to forget the pool area.

They offer free yoga classes, however it is dependent on how many ppl register. Our group of 6 registered plus another room but apparently that wasn’t enough to run the class so they canceled it. It was a bit of a let down, would’ve liked having the option to pay for one and guarantee the class.

It has everything you need! The pool and hot tub was very enjoyable as long as you are okay with some bugs/insects. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Clearer directions to the parking area would have been helpful. We had to unload our luggage from the car and carry everything ourselves to another building where we were staying, separate from the check-in lobby.

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, including a spa area, dart field, yoga classes, an open bar with live music in the evening, and bike rentals. Upon check-in, the reception staff kindly suggested that we enjoy the facilities by having breakfast after checkout, as we were only staying for one day, allowing us to make the most of the spa area. Additionally, the breakfast was spectacular, offering a wide variety of both Asian and European dishes.

Very nice views from the upper floors (Serenity building!), very large breakfast selection. Outdoor pool area is great. Good location for day trips to Taroko gorge.

This hotel had the most comfortable beds of any hotel in Taiwan. The rooms were clean and the location was good if you want to explore Taroko or the coast.

Sadly, the food at dinner was not good. Breakfast was ok but not crazy. It’s very far from Hualien, so there is no options for another restaurant, that would be my only regret. Also, the windows of the room were dirty, too bad when you have such a nice view.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the room as well. The view is very nice. The swimming pool area super nice. Very good place to relax for a couple days.

The breakfast choice was the same every day and some of the hot stuff was allowed to get cold. The restaurant ( for dinner and breakfast) is not in the same building as the Serenity bedroom

The location was very good for visiting the Taroko National Park but the hotel was isolated and the surrounds were not attractive. There was nothing of interest within a 5km radius. Restaurant was good and that was a bonus as there was almost nowhere else to eat.

The location was difficult to travel from but the staff helped in getting taxi. There is nothing nearby so you need to eat all your meals at the hotel.
