United StatesThe hotel is old. No matter how clean it is you still feel it's not clean enough especially the corridor carpet and the toilet.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The location is ok. Since I have a big luggage, it takes more than 15 minutes from Kaohsiung Station to the hotel. However, there're many bus stops close to the hotel. Walking distance to Liuhe Night Market and Dome of Light.

CanadaThe WiFi didn't work for me, but cell service was fine. Beds were on the smaller size, but that seems to be the norm in Taiwan outside of Taipei. If you aren't tall you likely won't even notice.
Location, location, location! Kousin Hotel couldn't be more conveniently located, with the main TRA station and MRT a block away and buses to Kenting around the corner. Plenty of food options nearby and just about anything else you might need as a traveler. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value!

AustraliaHowever, our beds had a lot of hair strands on it even though it was made up. The staff were nice about it and quickly change the sheets for us but there was a lot of dust on the ground and especially piled up on the corners of the room behind the door. There were quite a few selections at breakfast however all of the supposedly clean cutlery were all oily and not washed properly. Some of the carpeted areas of the hotel was extremely dirty and it looked like it had never been vacuumed. Would not recommend staying here.
