Don't book the double room , only balcony rooms !, Arrived at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday in April, Was greated by a nit very friendly woman in reception, asked if we could check in early ( into an almost completely empty hotel ), the answer was no . Once we could check in I noticed i had accidentally booked the wrong room , the room was dark , stank of mould , had water damage, Once I realised I booked the wrong room , about 5 minutes after getting there , we asked to change room ( and pay the difference) the answer was no , because we ( used the room ) , after 5 minutes ? But we could change the day after, which Honestly made 0 sense what so ever , as we had not touched anything in that room , had a horrible night as I am Alergic to black mould , ( have photos but for some reason can't upload them ) the day after we moved to a balcony room , that was actually a nice room but the whole thing was a bit of putting

The balcony room was nice and airy , the evening staff lady was very nice , smiley and helpful . The rest not the best

Great location - walking distance to a beautiful beach where you are allowed to swim and 2 minutes walk from kenting night market. Didnt hear any outside noise from inside the hotel. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Hotel parking was easy to find. Great value for money. Would 100% recommend.

Great location near the night market with free parking available. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with clean rooms that are fully equipped with all essentials. A comfortable and convenient place to stay!

If anything, the rooms are a little old and the bathrooms are badly designed.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and accommodating when ever possible. Although we arrived early 13:30, the staff allowed us to wait in the lobby until check in time 15:00. At 14:00 the let us check in one hour earlier. They also provided us with cold drinks when we arrived by bicycle. On the morning of our departure, they allowed us to leave our cycling baggage in the lobby until we returned from Cape Elounbi it was a right to leave our luggage until after checking out. Again offering us cold drinks when we returned.

Room felt a bit outdated

Nice location, no noise from main street but very close (2 min away by walking). Staff also helped out booking tickets and taxi.

Everything was good.

Nice stay in a nice little hotel with all that you need including complimentary coffee and tea. Central locatio to night market and beach. Staff were very helpful in safely storing our bicycles and finding us a taxi.

The signboard is kind of overshadowed by others. Keep a close eye on if you drive down the street.

Located just behind Kenting Night Market and in front of Dawan Beach. Since it's facing the beach, it's not noisy at night. Spacious room, comfy large bed and bathroom.

The bathroom floor gets so wet with water running down the tub. It soaks the mat to dry your feet on. However, the floor seemed to dry quickly and we had daily room cleaning to switch out the mats and towels etc.

Staff were friendly. Great location, right across from a beach and walking distance to the night market. It’s quiet here, which is why I loved it. No noise from the main street night market.
