Second time staying here, nothing wrong. On the first time they gave an upgrade, this time no upgrade but its ok. Just that the toilet was bigger than the sleeping area. There was a TV.

They gave us a free upgrade, answered all questions asked by us. Nothing to be dissatisfied about. The room was so so so so big and it was comfy. You can pay on the spot if u arrive within their working hours, otherwise u have to pay beforehand. After u check out, they will ask u to drop your keys at the small basket outside their window (office)

Noise from outside just ruined my stay. It was impossible to sleep in the morning or rest in the room during the day as in front of the hotel woodworker had his workshop. The machines for wood working and tools were so loud. I don't understand why they decided to place it in front of the hotel and disturb guests.

The location is perfect and I got a free upgrade during off season. The room was super clean and bathroom great with little bath. I was very satisfied with the room.

It was a bit hard to find first, but we had 4 nice days here with our room on the top level with a small extra rooftop sitting area, which we really enjoyed, just enough to sit down to have a beer. Room was nice and had all we needed, everything just right outside on the main road, the friendly staff helped us with everything, can recommend to get a scooter for a day or two to get around the area.

Asked to check ferry times to Lanyu and they gave me bad information that meant I missed my planes ferry as it did not exist.

Good price. Room very very small - could be difficult for a couple. They texted me to say I had left an item.

there are some flying insects on the bed when we arrived the rooms are all only accessible by stairs which are pretty steep the alley which the hotel is located in is a little intimidating

the beds are large and comfortable the room is of a large size TV has all the local channels location is relatively near the beach and eating spots at night beach nearby is very clean and lovely

Our room (the one with shared bathroom) was too small for two people. We managed, because we had very little luggage. If two people come with suitcases or even only with two trolleys, it's impossible. The hostel felt rather impersonal to us.

Really nice hotel in central Kenting, steps away from both the beach and the night market. They rent scooters for a very fair rate/day. The staff is nice and helpful. Extra nice that they have a drinkable water fountain.

The bathroom situation could be better Booking.com says the accept credit cards, they do not. They only accept cash at check in. You can not pay via the app either.

Strategic location near to the beach, Kending night market, Kending bus station and ubike station. The room is clean and got upgraded to a very large room with very little amount of money during the low season. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. This place does not have lift but not an issue for me with just backpacks. Got free bottle of water and water dispenser, meaning you can also have warm water. The staff is friendly and check in and out easily.

No kitchen,Non social hostel.I stayed 3 nights in private room with double bed. No place to hang clothes. Musty smell in room even though I left wundow open Wifi poor in my room...

4 minutes walk from Kenting Arch bus stop . Difficult to find without google maps.. Clean and spacious shower and toilet downstairs....
