Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaEither side of the bed was tightly sandwiched between two walls and you have to crawl down the bed to get out of it. The two seater lounge was a useless addition to the room because it was tiny and faced a blank wall. There was no where to put your suitcase. No hand towel at the sink. Only two thin, limp towels.
Terrific view from the huge balcony. It was fun to sit in the bath outdoors and we enjoyed soaking up the quiet ambience on the swinging chair. Free parking across the road. Very easy walk up to the night markets.

TaiwanThe hotel is beachfront but the beach in front of the hotel is not very clean or nice. You can not go to the beach in front of the hotel cause there is no direct path to access the beach. You have to walk quite a distance to enjoy the beach, which was not what we expected when we booked the facility. Also, there are no lighting arrangements on the beach as well, so you can not enjoy/see the beach after sunset.
The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Rooms are well lit and nicely decorated. Parking facilities are convenient.

CanadaSewer smells throughout the night and no staff was around or able to be contacted during the night. This night should have been comped. They had to move us to another room the next day when staff arrived. The housekeeper smelled the horrible smells we had to endure all night long. Felt sick the whole day after.
Housekeeper was really empathetic and apologetic about the extreme room issue that we had. Hotel is lucky to have such a great employee. Would have given 1/10 if not for her Beachfront Close to night market Public parking in front or hotel parking 5 mins away Breakfast can be included. The breakfast restaurant is 5 mins walk away
