Booked same kind of room twice for a return trip. Different rooms but one is bigger than the other because of the balcony which took up a lot of space. The baby crib is not suitable for any babies that can crawl

I love the 24hr lounge with strong wifi and free coffee. I get to work while enjoying my trip. The staff were very friendly. The location is very good. Will definitely book here again if ever we come back to Taiwan.

There was a stench coming from the bathroom sink.

It was very close to Ximen Night Market and only a ten minute walk to the main station. The room was clean and spacious and there was ice tea for free in the lobby.

We spent only one night at the hotel and left very early the next morning, so unfortunately we couldn’t try out the fabulous breakfast. But the staff was so nice that they prepared a big pack of take away breakfast for our family so that we can have something to eat on the train. They were absolutely lovely and helpful with us. We also could leave our luggage there before the checking time. After checking in, we got a detailed presentation about the eating possibilities too.

Small trash cans were an annoyance. Need a few more American TV stations or Netflix.

I didn't know breakfast was an option. However, the location was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff very accommodating. I would stay here again in the future.

The bathroom sewage system may be a bit old hence there’s this foul odour that may be a put off but when you close the bathroom door you can’t smell it so it’s alright.

I don't think the balcony had furniture which was a shame. Suggestion: add the times for laundry services e.g. regular wash is 30mins.

We booked 2 rooms. Everything is good. Just that..The double room's bed is too soft and wobbly.

Nice and clean. Many food seller around hotel. Close to ximenting area and Mrt station. 7 eleven just around the corner.

Very professional and friendly staff. Had an AC issue with a room, quickly got the room changed. We would especially would like to thank the worker on the day shift of 22th of June for his attention to detail and helpfulness. Convenient location: central, but a relatively quiet street. Nearby in the area are coffee and breakfast options. Walkable to main train station if not heavy luggage.

All good! Nothing bad

Staff are really friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage till 7pm and on top of that, allowed us to use the lounge though we have check out. It comes with welcoming drinks which truly elevate the experience. Room is slightly smaller, but understandable as a city hotel. Room is clean, do not have any funky smell at all. Location is excellent, there is a 7-eleven, cosmed, shopping district nearby. Highly recommend, will come again if I visit Taiwan

Very accessible to Ximending area and to nearby bus/train stations. Refreshments are available at the lobby, make sure to try them after having a long tiring walk around the city!

One of the room that I booked, the bed is too soft.

The room is nice and clean. It is located very strategically close to the ximenting crowds. Around the hotel there are many food sellers and 7 eleven . Close to mrt station 10-15 minutes walk.

They provide a soap dish by the sink but no soap. I realize single use items are a thing of the past, but most other hotels will have liquid pump soap by the sink.

Great location, really clean and new-feeling facility. Also for a westerner who likes soft beds, the bed was adequately soft…Asia is known for hard beds, IYKYK!
