The hotel main entrance is not easy to find due to lack if door signs. The hotel’s dining area is under renovation, so breakfast service is unavailable. Instead, the hotel offers room delivery, where you select items like a chicken sandwich, coffee, or juice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. We didn’t receive our chosen items, and they delivered only one coffee and one juice instead of two. The coffee was cold, and the sandwiches were soggy and stale.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and an ideal location, just a short walk from Taipei’s main station. A charming farmer’s market is conveniently located across the street. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast unfortunately wasn't quite to our taste and seemed to lack a clear concept. For example, the Western selection mainly consisted of French fries, and we found that the Asian options didn’t offer much for vegetarians. That said, this is of course just a matter of personal preference, and we understand that tastes can vary.

A great place to stay in Taipei with a very good location close to the main station and the metro. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds.

Noisy at times from other guests and the road, next to gas station. Not catered for English speaking tourists, hard to converse. Breakfast very small and average, not much choice.

Very clean, amazing comfort in the bed and crisp clean sheets. Spacious rooms. Laundry room cheap and efficient, water refill great!

Paying by contactless card didn't work and there was no option to use Chip and PIN so we had to go to 7/11 to get cash for payment. Apart from that - all good.

Location was great, close to the Taipei Main Station - 1 stop on MRT or 12 minute walk, and a Family Mart and 7/11 close by. Our room was large with a comfortable emperor size bed and a sofa and the Japanese toilet was excellent. There was also a kettle and coffee machine in our room, handy. The staff were very friendly at breakfast and service always quick. The breakfast was good and set us up nicely for the day, buffet style but not too many options.

There are very few choices in the breakfast. Standard items like cereals, yoghurt, sausages were all not available. On the last day of our stay, there were even no tea bags. We just can’t imagine how this could happen in a large hotel. The staff at the front desk were not all friendly and pleasant except the non-local staff who greeted us when we arrived.

It was a convenient place, I was closed to the place I needed to go, 5 minutes walking. There is plainly of stores and restaurants around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative is the food, I didn’t like the food to be honest.

Huge room, lots of snacks and drinks (complimentary), comfortable large bed, helpful staff at front desk, decent breakfast that changed daily. Near to Taipei main station. There are baby change and breastfeeding facilities on the third floor, as well as a vending machine and a place to do your laundry for very cheap. Couldn’t ask for more really.

Stayed for one month, very nice large room, comfy bed, good view on the park, and not noisy. Having the playground right on our doorstep was invaluable. The breakfast is simple but has all the nutrients we needed to power up.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Came with free breakfast and it was very good with lots of food choices. The rooms were way bigger than my expectation and clean.

Listed as city view but we were on the 2 nd floor with a view of a construction site.

It was priced reasonably and close to trains and metro. It was very quiet the rooms were simple but clean and the staff were friendly. They have a happy hour daily from 3-5 and breakfast was provided.

Unlike all other people we experienced during our travels in Taiwan, the staff was not particularly friendly. Reception doesn't speak English and breakfast staff is not hospitable. Breakfast is not very European friendly but nevertheless found something to eat.

The rooms are pretty good and overall we enjoyed our stay.
