Location super good , walking distance to metro station, convenience store, pharmacy,and Michelin restaurants. Staff very good service . Highly recommend.

1. On a mild slope… some walk from the subway station. Won’t be a problem if you are backpackers. 2. Late check in at 6pm - Would love to get the room earlier.

The breakfast starts later than most others, so if you have a tour booked (like I did for YangmingShan) you will end up skipping the breakfast. Though honestly, it was not my favorite when I did get to have it. The afternoon tea was good, provided because check in is so late (6pm). Though maybe a little confusing. The room is quite dated and found to be a bit dirty when I dropped something that fell under the bed, but adequate and comfortable for a short stay.

Best view, great location. Easy walk from the Xinbeitou MRT station. Next door to many restaurants and convenience stores. Across the street from the beautiful library and near the museum and thermal pond. My private room stay included a hot spring tub, large bed and balcony with a perfect view of the library and mountains. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included in my stay.

Very close to metro, it is almost next door to sweetme resort. Less than 10 mins walk to thermal valley. Surrounded with alot of food choices. A convenient store just below. Location is just nice to explore the park. Free breakfast and afternoon tea. Great stay and good value.

There is no sound proofing at all. We can hear early morning street noise as if our windows were wide open.

You pay a premium for location and the deep bath that has hot spring water. The room was nice but simple. But, then again, it was the nicest hotel at this price range from what I saw online.

Staff are nice and helpful, breakfast and "afternoon tea" are included (mostly eastern style food). The location is very convenient and right in the heart of the Beitou hot spring tourist area.

Sound proof system to outside noise can be improved.

Strategic location, 5 min walk to Xinbeitou train station. Access to attractions area and food and convenience stores. Room size is spaces, good breakfast and high tea buffet. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Love this place .

When we got the room, the area under the bed wasn't clean, a lot of short and long hairs, I guess it was from the previous guest. I have mentioned it to the reception and they were apologetic towards it, and I told them, the next day to clean it up while we will out. But there wasn't any clean up though the room was made up. I am guessing they just do a surface cleaning. The tea reception is rather weird with very limited choices of snacks... Not sure why are they offering it.

The location is easy to find and near the various tourist spots of beitou. There is a tub where you can soak yourself in the white sulphur hotspring water. It is very relaxing and we enjoyed our stay. The TVs are great, where you can mirrorcast making the experience really nice.

We were initially given the wrong tickets for the afternoon buffet and were told that because it was now 7:45pm we need to go and exchange them. We got the new tickets but on returning to the eating area were told that it was now 8:02pm and we couldn't take one of the cakes.

The rooms could be better soundproofed as we are able to hear the staff and also the other guests in the other rooms, chatting away.

We like the hotspring tub as it is really of a good design, and definitely has the size factor locked down, there are also lots of handrails to hold on and also anti-slip carpet. The creme a la creme will be the additional washing tools which reminded me of a Japanese Onsen.

The hotel is a bit stingy that offer you a high tea set and breakfast but put up some restrictions i.e. You are given a plate and fork only, you are not allow to choose the pastry, no much variety for high tea set and breakfast.

The location is very convenient.
