the staff was super cute, the facility is located in a good spot in the nature and they have free shuttles to the center. the bed was really big comfortable

Definitely staying here again. One of the best locations in Taipei and our room had a spa tub and sauna it. Very peaceful and there is park around the corner. The city is right down the hill. The breakfast is very solid.

The free breakfast was great!! They had a lot of options that were suitable for guests of all backgrounds.

The room was extremely outdated and looked NOTHING like the pictures we paid for. The staff was semi-accommodating but mostly unhelpful. The location was irritating as we had to be driven to the nearest station by hotel staff who stopped their services at 9pm. If you are looking for a hot spring hotel, stay somewhere else. You WILL be disappointed.

Staff are friendly and helpful, like the free shuttle service, breakfast was good.

Bathroom and shower room lighting needs to improve, would be better if the tiles are white instead of all black.

The shuttle bus was efficient.

The onsen area was rusty. Despite the insect repellent, we still got mosquito bites. Bathroom was dark and there was mould on the tiles in the bathroom.

The staff were amazing and super helpful. Shuttle service was a plus.

Overall, it was decent for what I paid, especially since I snagged a discounted rate.The best part? That in-room hot spring spa! Such a treat after walking around Taipei all day. And I have to say, the staff were absolutely fantastic - super helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The bed was really comfy too, which I always appreciate when traveling.

One thing that annoyed me was the TV remote - I couldn't get it to work from the bed unless I sat up and leaned toward the foot of the bed. Not the end of the world, but kind of frustrating when you just want to relax! Breakfast was just okay - nothing special but did the job. You can definitely tell this place needs some updating. It's marketed as a 4-star hotel, but it's showing its age in quite a few areas.

our room was big and comfortable. quite from voices. the staff was very very friendly and attentive. specially when asking for a shuttle to downtown.

we can hear the water being drained from the upper floor when they are using the tub. we stayed for 3 night, which i think wasn't normal. so the breakfast was always the same. coffee serve in the breakfast was BAD. no place to eat for dinner

The hotel requires lots of attention. Every bit of hotel needs more maintenance. The breakfast also should be better quality and less numbers of food.
