The entrance was old and not attractive like cheep apartment. It was difficult to find it when I came to check in for the first time.

Everything is good about this hotel. From touletries to complimentaries. Very clean and comfortable to stay. The restroom is superb with a bath inside. Accessible to all establishments, you can go anywhere you want. It's worth the stay. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who plan to go to Taiwan for vacation..

The entrance is a little sketch but that’s all ok, as the place is worth it still. My friends room was also quite different to mine, like with any hotel it can be pot luck!

I had a really great room, very sizeable for the cost, clean and comfortable, (the Japanese toilets made me extra happy) 😊 The local area is close to lots of independent cafes, culturally impressive stores and a short walk from Taipei main station as well. Loved my time here thank you!

The hotel is non-staffed, so to leave your luggage you would need to go to a different hotel. The entrance might seem a bit weird.

The room had everything we needed and the location was great to explore a lot by walking!

The check in procedure was a painful experience after a long travel, the lady on the phone could not speak proper English and help. There was no staff to be seen. The neighborhood is a bit shabby. The lobby downstairs looked crappy and not inviting at all.

There really wasn’t anything to complain about, for the price of the stay, it was a very comfortable and clean hotel.

We stayed here for a week before moving into an apartment, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful at check in. I can’t complain about this hotel for the price and location.

The room is extremely dirty, we had allergic reaction after sleeping there. We got rash all over our body. Aircon was super bad, you could smell fungues. The sheets were very itchy because probably there was something living inside it.

It`s close to airport, the personel is friendly. I wanted to just sleep in close place without any high exceptations.

After booking we received an external link asking us to pay via credit card (first dodgy feeling). Tried to contact them several times, after the 3rd time we received the o.k. to pay upon arrival. Surprisingly they have a self check-in terminal with integrated card machine. Due to “bank laws” I had to pay the outstanding amount in two separate transactions. First went through, second as well (got it straight on my online banking) but the terminal didn’t received it. Got told several times to just scan again to pay for the second transaction. (second dodgy feeling) I kept refusing and after a 30 minute wait and hassle got the room card. Turned out fraud department of my bank took action. Anyway we were alamerd due to suspicious external link. The rooms on fifth floor (hotel floor is 6) seem like additional rooms they converted at a later stage. The aisle is shared with regular tenants who like to shower 2 hours long at 2am. Due to the thin walls, sleep is rare.

Good location. Jin Din Rou restaurant just across the street. Room itself is actually not too bad. Spacious, good bathroom. Cleanliness definitely better than average taiwanese standard.

Hygiene. Terrible. The first night I arrived, the room was full of hairs, and super sticky. I don’t think they clean the room well after previous checkouts. On the third night I saw two cockroaches in my room! Couldn’t bear it and I changed my hotel right away.

Location is good. Easy to access different places by walk and buses. It’s an area with lots of great shops and cafes, good for solo and young travellers who like to explore the city.

There is a smell of cigarette!! Came back home and the clothes I had with me smell cigarette… The everyday cleaning is done but there is dust everywhere (TV screen, table, ect). You can only contact staff by phone, but you can’t even hear what they are saying.

No luggage delosit despite being advertised as being able to. Was unable to give confirmation if the room we were assigned could be extended for late checkout untik 11AM the next day(check out time), also note thay check out is 11am not the usual 12 noon. Sound insulation is not great as can hear people openijg and closing doors. Location is far from MRT so do consider.

Here is my main issue. I travelled alone so it did not really bother me, but I would have appreciated to know in advance that the hotel was situated just besides an "spa" and I'm being very generous with the term. Being approached to get massages almost everywhere in the area may not be ideal if you are traveling with kids. So just be aware that is an area full of "pay for play" with everything that means... My main complain, anyway is about the cigarette smoke everywhere. The smell is overwhelming.

The Hotel is located in an area where most things are accessible in a quick taxi ride. The hotel rooms are comfy and clean. I understand that for the price you can't ask for much more.

The entrance and building. One night had no air con n no one to attend. Luckily I had 2 small windows for ventilation.

The entrance to the "hotel" I would not even call it hotel, was a nightmare. A row of letter box on the left and entrance to a car lift in front. Taxi could not even find it. Take a small lift to 6th flr.. Do Yr own check in. I think there were like 20 room on that floor and that's it. Luckily the room was OK. Thank God. It's like living in 2 worlds. Location was OK and easy access to food.

We were very disappointed with the property overall. Very dirty needs a good clean. Rooms rented out to working girls we expect based on activity on our floor during the night. No hot water no working tv and no cleaning when requested. Yuk is the description we gave this hotel.
