Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI’d be nitpicking. Pool is cold even in 27 degrees, but fabulous views but your body adjusts. Payment seemed a bit complicated, they take a first night a day before, then refund it, then the full amount when you arrive plus a deposit, a day after we left that was refunded, then two days after we left they finally took the main payment. No problem, all fine if that is how they want to do it. I prefer to just pay it all when I arrive. Anyway, amazing hotel would love to stay again, many thanks.
Everything about it excellent. Great staff, fabulous location for the metro and HSR at Banqiao station, nice room, good size and they even gave us a kettle as well as a coffee machine as requested! Nice views even from a lower floor, and I like the automatic blind that you can open and close. Wonderful shower. We didn’t try breakfast. Thanks for everything.

The breakfast was very extensive. Many types of coffee and tea to choose from. Lots of fresh fruits. The room was large with a large bathroom and a wonderful view on the 23rd floor. The beds are great. The pool on the roof is fantastic in the evening. The trainstation is two minutes away.
