The location is super central and close to public transit. Value for price is unbeatable. Shared spaces are also very useful and the rooms are well equipped. The personnel are friendly and helpful, the area is very calm and safe.

The room had a faint smell of moisture. Since the reception is not always attended it might be necessary to arrange the time to pay with the staff via phone after check in, although we already met when we stored the luggage.

Love everything. Great location, can walk around at night. Surrounded by restaurants. There is a cat cafe across the street.

The room (301) was lovely overlooking the road (so perhaps not perfect if you don’t like noise but do like your window open) I loved watching the coming and going. Spacious room firm bed (tho softest pillows I’ve had so far in Taiwan) Right in the middle of everything. Got a great list of eating places from paul (we communicated with mr google) lovely eva who works opposite teaches English online Folk music museum worth a look and easy bus trips to kenting Proper kitchen and lovely space to hang out downstairs both inside and out Communications really quick

Frighteningly steep stairs especially with slippers! (Probably me being a bit nervous) Paul isn’t around much and one time I noticed someone had locked the door which could have been tricky if you’d checked out and left your bag before taking a bus -but the WiFi reception was great so ….

The location is excellent, the accommodation was very comfortable, the owner was very friendly, and the price was reasonable. However, we had elderly companions, and it’s a pity there was no elevator.

The location is very convenient as it is along the Old Street and within walking distance from most attractions/sites in Hengchun. It is also very close to Bus transfer station. Though it is along the busy Old Street, it is also very quiet.

Had a water filling station and the bed was clean.

The shower was moldy and the shower head sprayed water in all directions. There was light going into the room from the hallway since there was a window to the inside in the bathroom. No hand soap in the bathroom. Mattress was very firm. Towels smelled funky.

Very nice place, nothing negative to say. The reception guy is very nice and the area is perfect to go around in town. You can't be better placed.

THIS IS NOT a negative for the hotel itself BUT for Booking.com. They are ALWAYS more expensive than when you book directly from the hotel. In this case, it was like 30 % more expensive. To whoever reads me : don't book in this website, they are almost a scam. This was my last use of booking.com after more than 10 years.

The host was SUPER kind, wow, went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious in a great location. Great temperature. Great water flow. Great, comfy bed with some artsy additions to the space.

Great location in the town, right next to the bus station with lots of stores and restaurants. Everything in the town is within walking distance. The boss of the hotel is a very nice and friendly.

The room is not that comfortable since there’s no any window or any equipment for air circulation, It can be really humid. The whole house is not dirty but not that clean either.
