We had issues with the toilet in our room where it did not flush properly, and the bathroom could definitely be a bit cleaner but for the price we pay I guess it's okay

The ensuite rooms have very thin walls and some of the guests made a lot of noise until late. As there is no one supervising the floor, this went on until we complained. It was very hard to sleep

The rooms are all white and quite cute. The bed and bathroom are fine. Location is great.

What i like the property it’s very close to ximending area. And if you love to walk you can see a lot of things . And also close to Taipei main station also.

There is no bidet in the toilet. The toilet and the shower are in the same room, so it's not a dry toilet. But no absorbent mat provided, only rubber mat. So when our wet feet/slippers step out from the toilet, the bedroom floor will be wet. There is only 1 washing machine in the entire building, and it has leaking pipe, so they suggested us to go to the nearest laundromat. But the laundromat is not very good. The towels provided were very thin, and one was very small, just the right size for face. However, they replace it with a slightly larger one when I requested. There is no cleaning service for the room, and minimum cleaning in the common areas.

The location is very close to Ximending Shopping District.

The location is near to Ximending! The hotel is super nice concept. One thing I would like to suggest, if you are looking for a dorm my rate is just okay. But the room with private bathroom is great. Overall, good. But I only suggest you to take if dorm need to be all of you in so that it feels more comfortable.

As many of the comments here, the walls are fairly thin, so you can hear conversations and noises from the hallway or nearby rooms. However, this really didn't cause a major problem for us since the noise was tolerable and didn't disrupt our sleep.

The location is a 10-15 minute walk from Ximen Metro (depending on the route you take). The staff/owner are very hospitable and accommodating, actively catering to our requests and promptly answering our questions. We stayed in the Double Room, which was spacious, had comfortable beds, and provided all the essentials we needed. The bathroom is a little bit old, but functional and clean. We were expecting the room to be dark based on the photos, but it was bright and well-lit with a window. Additionally, each floor has a common area with amenities like hot/cold water and a fridge for storing your takeaways.

The capsule creaks every time people move so a bit annoying especially at night. Maybe better soundproofing since it's next to a noisy road.

Above all, the support of the host was exceptional. Even though they close the reception counter at 10PM, a last minutes request on airport taxi drop-off in the early following morning sent at 11PM was still quickly adapted with care and in a manner that goes the extra mile. Along with that was great location in a safety neighborhood, clean room with facilities to self-clean the venue available, and good water pressure in the bathroom. Definitely recommend!
