Nicely located near the beach and the night market. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable and we had all we needed. Our room had a balcony with a nice ocean view. We were asked if we wanted a vegetarian breakfast, which was a first in Taiwan.

This was our second stay and it was not as good as the first time. The reception staff are nice but the cleaning crew were loud and disrespectful every morning. They sat in the open stairwell and talked and ate snacks, starting about 830 in the morning. They were not actively working, and when they did they were very loud talking and slamming the supply closet. Also, there was construction two places down, which could be heard in the morning but the hotel cannot control that.

Just the shower was a bit strange. It was part of a bath and was impossible not to wet all the bathroom when having a shower. Just needed a shower curtain or something.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Very easy to find and check in. Extremely clean and comfortable.

The staff is not friendly and uncaring. For a slow season you'd think the stuff would be more energetic but no, I get more human interaction from 711. This hotel needs to retrain their staff to understand the idea of hospitality.

The location is central to everything in town. Free American style breakfast was a big plus!

The only two issues I had: 1) The room was a little smaller than I expected. I knew it would still be small, but that didn't matter much. Didn't feel smaller once I got used to it. 2) I asked for a taxi at the front desk and they didn't seem to know how to call one for me. There are a few taxi companies around the area that other people knew at other places. Maybe keep a taxi number on hand to call when customers ask for it, as the APPs didn't always find one.

Clean room. I got the room with the balcony overlooking the beach. Made for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The staff can clean a bit more. The balcony was full of the bottles from the previous tenants. Too small breakfast with no choice. Tea with extra sugar. Coffee paid separately. Contact with the hotel prior to the arrival was a bit hard. Only one person speaks English.

It was a nice stay in the big room at the top. The room had a bathtube at the balcony. Comparing to the other rooms this was the biggest one in the hotel. Other rooms were half size. Breakfast was good but really small... no choice either.

On the balcony there was a strange thing, that was gurgling every time someone was using the bathroom upstairs. Strange noises

Right in front of the beach, nice little hotel with a not very spacious but comfortable room. A nice balcony with direct view to the sea.

There were only 3 hooks with hangers on the wall in the room; no wardrobe, no shelf, no drawer for placing clothes. There was only one chair in the room, but we are two persons.

No shower per se and using the shower head in the bath resulted in water going everywhere. Having to pay extra for coffee at breakfast seems a bit much when the room is about £125 a night.

Incredible views from the room with an extremely comfortable bed and gorgeous outside bath from Wu in you can watch the sunset (if you take the option of the VIP/Superior room). Really lovely breakfast by Taiwan hotel standards

The room was extremely small, the photos made it seem larger, or potentially we received a room that was not the one that was on the site.

The location was great, situated right on the waterfront, with a view of the beach and a great balcony. Breakfast was a short walk a few doors down and was simple but delicious.

Breakfast was a set time only. Wish it was a time range. Lots of ants near the balcony door and got into the food left on the desk beside the door. Bed was a little worn out.

The hotel location is close to the Kenting night market and just 7-8 minutes to South Bay Beach, the beach has many options for water activities.

Room and balcony were smaller than expected. Bathroom was so small that you could not close the door without standing in shower or next to toilet. Breakfast was well prepared and very light for a big eater like me, but good for a light eater.

Right next to beach. Close to bus stop and night market. Nice modern styling and well maintained. Friendly staff. Elevator present for top floors.
