The body soap smells like hospital and there's no shampoo. The breakfast area feels very dated and poor. The food selection and quality was not great.

Very little to say here. The fittings could be a little better. For example, the door of the cupboard that the fridge was in wouldn't shut properly

The room was large and good value for money. Check-in was easy, and staff were attentive. Also, it allows for luggage storage post check out. Breakfast was nice, mainly Taiwanese options with a few western choices - cereal, toast

The only very disappointing thing was the poor breakfast. There was no international breakfast, only one flavor of jam, and no alternative to the Asian breakfast for European guests. The coffee machine was broken and no alternative was provided.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the location was really good.

The hall ways were a little stuffy and smelled weird. The canteen area was a bit sticky and not great. Breakfast was really oily - I’d have liked some more fresh fruit. They had grapefruit but the apples were really salty and the juice was so sweet.

Very clean and lovely big bed. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. They let us keep our baggage downstairs too.

Breakfast could be better! There's no fresh fried eggs etc. The lobby had only 1 seating area, making it hard to meet with people there. For my parents room, the way the toilet door opened made it hard for accessibility. I'd give this feedback to hotel staff.

Hotel staff were very kind, thoughtful, and responsive, both during the booking and in person. They provided a bathing chair for my father, put us on the same floor and arranged it (without even having to ask) so that I don't have to check in and check out even though my booking was split into 2 because of booking issues.

Variety of food in the buffet can be improved but the taste of the food is superb.

The location of the hotel is great. Bus stops are literally few steps away. There are several convenience stores nearby. The hotel staffs were all courteous. What I love the most was the bathroom. It is very spacious and well lit. The toilet has bidet as well. The room is spacious enough. They also clean the room and make the bed everyday.

The place was comfortable I would like to thank the staff named Mr Cheung (張先生) who helped us to contact the manager at our next hotel which is in the remote area near Miaoli. Mr Cheung patiently called the hotel a few times in the evening and enquired a connecting bus for us . We really appreciated his service.

The location is central and many restaurants and convenience stores around. The hotel looks old, including the furniture in the bedroom (desk, tv, bed). The room size is okay and the bathroom is the most remarkable feature, super spacious.

For a big bed, we only had two soft pillows. I wish there was an option to request for more pillows. The buffet breakfast was so-so. We were told to wait while the room was being prepared but no one called us to let us know that the room was ready. We had to go to the front desk to ask about it, seemed like they forgot.

The room was larger than we anticipated. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom has a very modern toilet and bidet. The place was located 300 meters from the nearest train station, well within walking distance. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, as well as coffee shops and convenience stores. The location felt safe, even when we went out past midnight.

The rooms and equipment are all a bit older than it looks in the pictures. And the bathroom sink, while beautiful from a design perspective, is the least practical sink I ever seen :)

The location is solid as two metro stations are nearby. I also appreciated that it is - compared to others - quite eco friendly and doesn't offer you stuff you don't need. The breakfasts have great amount of options but could maybe use a few more sweats. The AC works very well.
