Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

The privacy curtains in the onsen room had some mold on them which is hard to avoid with the humidity and it being an older facility (we were looking right over the museum and public bathing area)

Comfortable room, beautiful in room onsen including a cold pool. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food wise we did the set menu (one vegetarian, one not) at the Chinese Restaurant, it was good but I'd probably pick and choose off the a la carte next time. Breakfast was good. There was no option for chinese vs western for the vegetarian menu so it had some quirks but the non vegetarian options my partner had looked great.

The breakfast could be improved. You can choose between two fixed breakfast sets, western & taiwanese. To begin with, both are way too big. I think they want to give you choice, but in the end its just wasteful as you can't finish it all. The taiwanese one had an interesting variety and was good. The western one.. well.. it feels like a "what taiwanese think is western", but hasn't much else to do with western breakfast. I think we would've preferred a buffet-style breakfast.

The rooms are great, and the in-room onsen worked flawlessly as well. The shuttle service to Beitou is very convenient as well.

Cosy and spacious room with in-room hotspring pool. Cleaning staff are attentive to clean and tidy room service. Better than many big brand hotels out there. Hotel is 10mins drive from the nearest train stations and they have shuttle bus services so that is quite accessible

There are two restaurants at the hotel - Chinese and French. Chinese cousine choice was limited and quality was not high, French restaurant is OK but it is designed more for presentation and experience rather than food - dish size is tiny and selection is limited. But main problem is with breakfast - there is no standard buffet breakfast, only limited set menu you have to order in advance - more like a “boxed lunch”. I would expect at least standard buffet.

I feel our hotel price is on the steep side. The "luxurious" feeling I normally get from other onsen hotel is missing here.

Superb! If you feel like Onsen, come here. You don't needa visit Japan. Staff friendly. Facilities clean. No weird guest. Taiwanese dinner wonderful.

Everything there is superb. we enjoyed a lot there. the Onsen was outstanding. we've tried two restaurants there, all of them were fascinating. The food, the mood, the staff...I was very happy to stay there.

THE GYM NEEDS MORE EQUIPMENT.

WE LOVED THE ROOM AND THE ONSEN. THE GYM WAS TOO BASIC AND NEED MORE EQUIPMENTS. BREAKFAST WAS NOT A BUFFET BUT WAS SUFFICIENT. THE SHUTTLE BUS RIDE INTO TOWN WAS USEFUL.

I had to book and pay for two guests room even though I was alone.

Shuttle bus between mrt and hotel, personalized and dedicated greeting, one on one service and room tour, soundproof room, spacious room, complimentary are very nice, baths are amazing. Staff very professional and friendly. Taiwanese breakfast was a delicacy.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and amazing staff. My Housekeeper deserves a special comment as she was so helpful and so friendly and happy! It made a big difference to my stay.

For the money we spent the breakfast was really not it. It was a pre-made set and we were only able to choose between 2 options. No possibility to have something different at all.
