Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesClose to bus lines, but about 10 mins from nearest metro line. Breakfast of the lounge could be improved-was a little sparse-just yogurt and fruits and sandwiches. But there isn't a lot so you have to wait around for more to be brought out. Perhaps the hotel can add in some more options.
Very clean property. Very spacious, we got the 2 bedroom Oasis apt for 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids). Very large bathroom in the main room. Very quiet property, we only saw a handful of other guests. Some of these are long term stay guests so this place as a different feel than regular hotel. Not as much hustle bustle. Good location, lots of restaurants around. Staff are all very attentive, helps with our questions.

United KingdomThe property shows some signs of wear, but nothing that affected our stay.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a washer/dryer and clothes line on the balcony. The bathroom was large and well designed. The bed was large and the pillows were comfy. The huge lounge on the B1F was great and had plenty of space to relax, and sample the various free snacks and drinks, or play table football. There were various metro stops within a 15 minute walk.

South Koreathere was creepy anbandoned empty building just oposite to our room. the building's balcony windows were wide open so we could see inside the room and even dirty toilets through the window very cleary. day and night we couldn't open the curtains because outside the building was so creepy.
The food in lounge was good, there were croissant, choco cream bun, (they were delicious, and you can make them warm with oven) coffee machin, free cokes. Room was spacious enough walk and cook around. desk was also useful to make table for food or put books or maps. there were only two seats to sit, one is edge of sofa, and the other is chair. so one of we three people had to sit on the trash bin. The staff did really a good job. I know taiwan people are kind, but they were really kind and helpful. My sister lost her boots in the airport limousine bus, and we found they are in the lost and find in main station. he wrote a letter for us to get it at the mainstaion. We used swimming pool twice, the water was clean and almost we're the only people using. The shower room was small, and kept no amanity but only smal soap. but had hair dryer. the location was also good, family mar and 7/11 around, and 5 min walk to u-bike, 15 min walk to metro.

SingaporeNot super near the train station but we didn’t mind the walking at all!
Rooms were so comfy, well furnished, loved how they styled the space, lots of room. They don’t do room cleaning daily, only on request but when they do, boy is it solid. We requested for room cleaning late once, so they couldn’t do the complete cleaning but they were really kind to help us with clearing the trash and changing the towels, much needed when travelling as a family with little ones that generate a lot of trash. There was a lounge available 24/7 which was SO comfortable. Husband could work quietly there for a few hours when he needed and it also comes with some complimentary snacks and coffee, although coffee was not great 😅 The service staff were amazing! They would rush to the doors to open them for us whenever we came back, and always greeted us with a bright smile. didn’t go to the swimming pool because a swim cap is needed and we didn’t have any with us, but it’s absolutely a place we would go for again!

SingaporeThe only issue we faced is getting housekeeping done on time. They provide a range 12-5pm and when we came back at 5pm it was still being cleaned. So we had to wait at the loung (which was good). I hope they start serving breakfast (which they do not do).
I liked every aspect of Gloria residence from room, services to staff. Every single person in the staff are courteous, nice, and very helpful. Tip: If you are vegeterian use ubereats. If you have a stroller, note that the nearby stations do not have lifts so you have to use stairs for atleast one floor.
