I picked this place because of the cool design photos online, but it turned out to be even better than expected! Besides being in one of the busiest (and best!) areas of Taipei, the hotel had lots of little surprises—like a giant TV in the room with channels in English, Japanese, AND sports. I actually ended up watching a live baseball game with snacks from the 5th floor lounge (open 24/7!). Also loved the MALIN+GOETZ toiletries in the bathroom—fancy and smell so good. The bed was super comfy, too. Honestly, this place felt more like a boutique experience than a typical hotel. Loved it!

Breakfast was not part of our package though we did order for an additional fee. Breakfast was a disappointment due to value. We paid over $1000 TWD and my over easy eggs were like rubber, meat over cooked. We ended up not eating and walking out. Rest of stay was excellent. Location, comfort, friendliness of staff all good.

The breakfast they have wasnt the best but since the hotel is so convinient, I will go explore some cool brunch place near by next time!

Amazing stay, will definitely come back again. This hotel has excellent location, super close to the mrt and where the busy and hip east district. Room was also very clean and stylish. I love their amanity selection, bed is super comfy, I had a great sleep. Also they have liver performance I think three or four times a week, the vibe was great. I will definitely come back here for my next visit to taipei.

They should have checked everything before check-in. So we have this little incident the ventilation outlet is not cleaned so it make banging noise. We thought there was a mouse or someone hiding up there, and that was pretty scary. Once we called and tell them there were a noise they already have the cleaners ready so they know if it’s dusty, it will make noise which they should have checked before.

The location is perfect walking distance to lots of different restaurants and massage. Spacious Room.

They only gave us one bathrobe and one bag of amenities. But, then again, we never asked for more.

It was a very nice hotel with modern facilities and an excellent view of the city. The area was safe and had several nice restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check-In and check-out were fast.

The self check-in part was awkward. I think putting someone in front of a giant screen like that is very annoying. I guess I'm old-fashioned but checking-in should be a human-to-human process.

When I arrived, the reception and bar area were busy and blocked off with a conference, which meant standing around awkwardly by the elevators during the lengthy check in process.

Nothing really but if I had to nitpick: there was no drop off canopy so we dont get wet in the rain. Just a minor inconvenience though.

Excellent location. Very new when we stayed (Early August 2024). Spacious room. Sunken bath tub was a treat for the kids! Nespresso machine in room. Sealy mattress. Complimentary snacks and happy hour!

Not clear whether there is a gym or not. Would be a + to get a good (and easy to find) gym. No breakfast possibility at the hotel. The coffee shop at floor 1 only opens at 9h.

Super clean & large room with a king size bed. Bathroom was A+. Small bar at the reception gets lively on week-ends night. Well located: not in a super busy neighborhood but mid way on the Blue Line metro line between Xinyi and Ximen.
