Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SingaporeHotel is 5-7 mins walk from Nanjing Sanmin subway. Lots of eating places around. Diagonally opposite Chia Te bakery. Not a big hotel but that’s fine. Standard room was bit small but toilet had tub and separate shower. Breakfast was included but it’s fairly basic. Staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Laundry room was rather dark and rundown. Hotel could do with some maintenance - my room cupboard couldn’t close and toilet mirror lights were partially faulty. Overall, pretty ok.

SingaporeNo early check-in, even though we arrived 30mins earlier than the check-in time. The room was a little dusty after housekeeping but not sure if it was from the housekeeping itself or because the dust is coming from the A/C. Other than that, had a comfortable 10 nights in this hotel.
The location of the hotel is great as it's just right along the main road. This makes booking and flagging of taxi/uber very easy and the overall aesthetic looks great too. Hotels on a small street can look very clustered and messy, or it makes taxi pick-ups a hassle. The train station (Nanjin Sanmin) is also about a 5 mins walk away and for reference, it takes about 15-20mins to get to Ximending by train which is really convenient. The location of the hotel is outside of the touristy area, but still have lots of cafe, food places and family marts nearby. If you prefer a location that's quieter or less busy, but still convenient to get around to places, this is a good choice. If you choose to take taxi/uber to places like Ximending, Taipei 101, Raohe Night Market, Zhongxiao/Zhongshan it's usually around TWD200-300. Free breakfast was a nice touch. While the options aren't a lot, it is still very good for the price paid. Eggs, bacon, cereal, soup, bread, coffee, juices etc. For a 3 star hotel, I'm pleased with what's offered. The cleaner also made sure to provide us with fresh towels and bottled water on days where we didn't request for housekeeping. Bed is comfortable but pillow can be a little flat. A/C is great and the toilet has a seat warmer with bidet.

TaiwanThere was a slight odor in the hotel, though my partner didn’t notice anything, so it might just be my personal sensitivity. The bathroom was a bit dim and compact, but still functional.
The staff are friendly and thoughtful—they even provide bread at midnight, which is a lovely touch. The location is excellent, right next to the train station and within walking distance of popular spots. Plus, the Japanese-style toilet adds extra comfort to the stay.

AustraliaLack of maintenance. The bathroom had mould in the ceiling. Windowsill was dusty.. To do washing we had to walk up from level 11 to the sky Garden using the staircase . The staircase was very dusty. Washing machine was old and water was released onto the floor.
Staff were very friendly and polite. They were really keen to help with all our requests. Buffet breakfast was substantial and delicious. Location was good close to subway, convenience store, coffee shop and restaurant .

The location is just a small walk from an MRT station, making it easy to access other tourist spots. The double bedroom is spacious and clean, with a coffee machine included.

The huge bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the electronic washlet toilet seat – a nice touch for added convenience. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which made the stay even more pleasant. Although the hotel is small, with less than 50 rooms, I understand the breakfast selection can’t compare to larger hotels, but it was still sufficient for a quick start to the day. The hotel's location is ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for travelers looking for comfort and convenience!

NetherlandsThere is only one lift in the hotel, so waiting time can be long during busy times. A couple of days during our stay, the cleaners forgot to change our bathroom rubbish bin but staff was happy to help us to clean this up at our request.
Great room size with modern and clean facilities in general. Staff is helpful whenever we had questions and requests. Location is very good with close proximity to MRT station on the green line and good food options around the hotel.

Singapore1. The lightings along the passageway to the room are too dark. 2. The single room area is too small, and the bathtub is supper big for a small bathroom. 3. Breakfast timing ending at 10am is too fast, ideally 11am.
We had 3 rooms for 5 of us. 1. The 2 upgrades from twin to triple rooms were fantastic and wonderful for us. The rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate our many luggages. 2. The hotel location is near to metro and bus stops. 3. There are 711, family marts and Watsons nearby for night suppers and purchases. The popular Chia Te Bakery is opposite the hotel. 4. The staff are friendly and helpful.
