My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and conveniently located near shopping malls and excellent restaurants. Breakfast had a limited set menu (Chinese/European) but subsequently were able to order items off the set menu. Did not provide enough tea/coffee capsules on a daily basis, had to ask for more. All customers had to wait until 3.00pm before we could access our room.

Easy to find, large room. Downstairs Cafe had a choice of hot food available plus tea/coffee cakes. Breakfast was cooked to order, cereals, toast also available.

The breakfast was not in line with the quality/status of the hotel. The balcony was not equiped with furniture and has a terrible view. The finishing touch of the cleaning of the room is not in line with the expectations. Was unfair that they didn't accept the Hilton membership of my husband and gave me a higher price.

Nothing actually.. Because of a great experience, we decide to stay here again.

Great service at the front desk, everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious. We booked 2 corner rooms which shared a main door. Once locked, the entire space is ours :) Perfect for family. Location is less than 5 mins walk away to Zhong Shan station, shopping malls and lots of food.

Property was modern and clean, lots of places to sit and relax. Rooms were spotless, beds so so comfortable! Lots of amenities, amazing gym. Bar is small but comfortable. Staff are all amazing and friendly. Right next to Taipei Main Station so good transport links.

I was feeling a little unwell and didn’t want to walk out for breakfast. We went to the cafe within the hotel and was surprised that they had only set meals and some pastries, coffee, tea on the buffet lines. They offered eat all you can set meals. We tried 4 types and they were all awful. I actually asked if they could give me some pork/chicken porridge as I wasn’t feeling well. But the staff and kitchen crew said no - very rigid!

The room is very clean. The king size bed is super comfy! Love the toiletries too.

Although we can choose type of the breakfast but we can not take it by ourself. The bathroom is rather smell, maybe it was caused by unclear mob.
