The location is not on the main street so it is far from the bus stop. And the street could get very quiet at night after 8:30PM.

The room has HBO on the TV instead of local TV channels. This is good for foreigners who do not understand Chinese.

It was quite close to the train station, easy to find. The room was very spacious and comfy, and streaming services was available.

The pedestrian walkway from the train station going towards this property has a lot of motorbikes parked on it, making it difficult to navigate with large luggages. There were also steps with no ramps that makes it harder to carry luggages along the path.

The location was great with a local market and the train station within 5-10 minutes walking distance. There was also 2 malls a bit further away but offering great choices especially during rainy days. There were also a lot of choices of good food (chinese bento rice and noodles) within 5 minutes walk. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was simple, even though they do not provide disposable amenities in the room, but you can request for them at the check-in counter anytime. Umbrellas was provided for guests' use at the entrance. They are also helpful with suggestions with places to eat around the area.

There is only 1 lift in the hotel, which may be inconvenient to the guests if it is crowded.

Everything is good, from the room to the facilities to the staff. Affordable pricing for the hotel stays as well.

A small inconvenience, but the shower cubicle doesn't close fully (in fact there's no door, only glass separator) so water will splash out to the toilet bowl area

Blanket was not enough when we were given a double queen bed upgrade. Location is quite quiet in a dark street away from the busy streets.

Will not recommend doing laundry here unless you have sufficient time to dry the load. After 90mins in the dryer, my laundry load was still damp and there was no drying rack in the room.
