The hotel lobby is small. Also the breakfast options could be better.

The location is excellent. It is oy 3 min walk to Nangang Fuxing Metro station (MRT). The hotel breakfast is Muslim friendly with signage on what is allowed for Muslim traveller. Very unique for Taiwan. In front of hotel there is a small garden for walk, beautiful and nice. 7.11 is also 1 min walk. The room has international sockets for power, so no need to bring any converters.

One small disadvantage - it was dark, and the window was pretty dirty.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice bathrooms with a bathtub. The location is pretty good, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The furniture is a bit worn out and wouldn’t mind a bit of refurbishment. The room was not properly cleaned at the time of checkin, but that improved later on. Breakfast is not bad but quite poor in options if you’re not into having all kind of fried things early in the morning.

Reasonably priced, very good location, close to public transport, many affordable places to eat, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, fridge, large bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, clean bed sheets and towels.

The laundry is outside in the parking lot which is not super convenient. But it's available and good to use.

Some of the facilities were old. Room temperature cannot be adjusted. The air conditioner can be quite noisy at night. The breakfast staff can be overly keen to take your plates away even before finishing your meal.

The location is excellent. It is very strategically located near Songshan Airport, local eateries and MRT stations. The buffet breakfast always had different options and all were very tasty. The front desk and other hotel staff were all very quick to respond to requests.

Lighting design is very non practical, one of the room light is connected with bathroom lights, every time one person goes to toilet middle of the night the whole room goes very bright.

The cleaner does not refill the amenities such as ear cotton daily. The room is clean but bedsheets should be changed every few days if customers stay for at least a week.

The location is good and near to nanjing Fuxing train station. Exit 7 from train station and walk for 5 minutes to reach hotel. The deluxe twin room I chose of 50sqm can accomodate 2 adults and 3 kids by adding 2 extra beds.

My room was a little tired with a tired bathroom (shower curtain etc). My girls had a much nicer bathroom with a great shower so they were pleased.

The staff were very nice and let us leave luggage early and ordered a taxi for us.

Booked VIP room for large jacuzzi bath but didn’t work. Bath Was much older than looked in photos, switch was broken and timer didn’t work. Saw other reviews stating same issue and only discovered at end of second night so didn’t ask staff for repair as wouldn’t get chance to use again anyway.

our room air con didn't work properly. Lots of cracks on the wall. Staff at the restaurant where breakfast was served was not good at all.
