The shower room was missing a sliding glass door that leads to the shower-curtain flying during shower and the floor of toilet area was wet.

I couldn't turn off the AC, so I just plugged it out.

It is at a great location just a few steps from the Night Market. The staff is very kind, speaking limited English but very helpful. The common areas are well equipped, you get some free snacks, food, postcards and watermachine. I had the single room, which was certainly small, but met all basic requirements: had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable good location.

The rooms are quite small but it is okay for few nights stay. There is no parking for hotel guests but you can find some parkings nearby for free or paid.

Nice for overnight stay. The hotel has nice common area with table football and a lot of free snacks. It is located in the center nearby the night market and other restaurants.

Staff were really nice and helpful especially Han Location was absolutely perfect - right near night markets, big supermarket close by, really cool bars and neighbourhood nearby but also quiet Shared facilities and services incredible for price - bikes, massage gun, tv room Bed comfortable

Remember to book the bicycles if you are planning to use them.

Really nice hotel. They have some shared areas, free coffee and tea and some snacks. You can watch sports from the big screen. They have free bicycles! The room was big but with the two king beds there were not that much space around. But still good size and comfortable. The staff was great, especially Zeus who helped us. The night market is just around the corner. 7 Eleven is almost next door aswell. Lots of restaurants and shops around.

Room decor looked a bit dated and could use a refresh. Room is large enough to have a bigger bed. Aircon points straight to the bed so might be uncomfortable for some. Staff is nice and helpful but speak little English, they’ll try to help using a translator though.

Great location a few steps from the night market, easy to get to if you come by bus from the train station. Large bathroom with window. Free bike rental. Comfortable bed and pillow. Nice common areas to chill and have a free snack.

The location was far from the train station and the bus transport station. Since that google maps didn’t work well about the public transport within Hualien city , it was difficult to find the right bus stop in order to get to the train station, then I had to walk there…..

One downside was that the refrigerator wasn't cold or wasn't on but I'm sure it worked because the light was on.

Hotel staff were amazing upon our arrival. Although a language barrier was present they tried their best to accommodate us and they did just that with answering all our questions and even helped us to get a cab to leave for Uni as this was our one week stay before Uni started since we're international students.

Room is too small and the one that holds the shower is broken. No closet or cabinet you can leave your clothes inside. Hair dryer is too weak. When we were sleeping, I was surprised someone opened our room without knocking, probably the cleaner. Though, when we went down for check out, the staff in the front desk apologized.

Very near night market, 5-7minutes walk and you'll get there. Also very near to some local restaurants. Staffs are friendly and approachable. They give freebies like wet wipes, etc.

The shower was confusing at first - I turned it on and it immediately sprayed the toilet paper roll, since it was all in one room.

Staff was super welcoming. Lobby was great to hang out with friends and have some snacks. Super convenient location to night market 1 block away and 7-11 across the street. We started our bike tour to Taitung from here and we were able to find nice bike trails nearby to test ride our bikes and start our journey. We were on the 3rd floor during the 6.3 earthquake and it was terrifying, but the building stayed up!

Out of 2 double rooms one bed was so hard we left early. Both rooms pillows were on the hard rather than soft bouncy side. Out of the showers in each room one merely had warm water.

Nice communal room with little snacks and hot tea and water and good facilities. Location. Staff were pretty good. Free bikes and helmets. Great location close to night markets and parks waterfront
