The owner and team were very nice and warm. The owner personally welcomed and orientated us to our rooms when we arrived. My dad was unwell and they looked out for him. All hotel facilities were very clean and well-kept. The location was rather central, near to restaurants and shops.

Hong KongBreakfast is the only thing didn’t meet my expectations. This trip is both work and leisure so for me a proper breakfast with fruits vegetables are essential. These are missing from the breakfast options.
Japanese themed hotel , very neat and simple. Minimal design with many sustainable features like the water machine in every floor that supplies hot and cold water. The room is small but very cozy. The design is compact and comfortable. The sofa inside the room is a nice feature.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It has a boutique feel without the boutique price. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, but near some big attractions like City Hall and the mall. It’s not super close to the main downtown area but it was still walkable for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very cosy and neat, which made the stay very enjoyable and my mum and i were very well rested every night (bedsheets and beds were very comfy!!!) The breakfast spread was very simple yet delicious and we found ourselves looking forward to breakfast everyday even if we ate the same things! The hosts were also very nice and easily approachable people which was a huge plus Will definitely come back again when i visit taichung in future :)
