SwedenI requested feather free quilts when booking (I'm allergic to feather), however on arrival the bed quilts were with feather. After requesting again at reception they told me that they don't have any feather free bed quilts, it was really hard to explain it and I ended up sleeping without pillows and under 3 bed sheets (after getting rid of all the feather quilts and pillows from the room). .

PolandThis room was missing a mains socket near the bed, which I find a big minus these days. Air conditioning was a bit loud.
A nice place to stay: in the middle of the city, but not on the busy street. The room was one of these without windows, but clean, quiet and with comfortable bed. I can't recall breakfast there, supposedly it was just typical Taiwanese rice congee or seaweed. Other than that just a hotel.

Very well located for exploring Kaohsiung. The Cloud Hotel is near Formosa Boulevard Metro station (centre of the system) and is easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful and kind; they gave us a free upgrade to the room. Really nice, comfortable bed (this is by no means a given in Taiwan). The buffet breakfast is generous and delicious. Very good value for money and I'd stay here again.

Happy for us to leave bags there before check in. Very convenient for the night market and a very short walk from the main interchange for the MTR (Formosa Boulevard) and main station for TRC, Breakfast (Chinese style) was plentiful and varied including enough things for a vegan. The room had a seriously huge bed and was well appointed. Bathroom and shower were very good. Kettle in the room.
