Not really did not like, the room we have with a window but we have to closed the curtain all the time due to privacy from the opposite neighbour but over all are okay - not a negative imapct for us

Great location, only a few min walk from the MRT and Taipei Main Station and right on the areas with food and drinks. Convineint Store attached with the hotel and the coffee/tea mahcine with snacks during the night were fantastic!!! Staff were incredible, espeically Sherry, Nina, and Wendy who has surprisingly given us a small decoration on my wife's birthday - really appriciated as we did not inform anyone on this occasion

Every morning at 7am, there’s someone playing by the radio really loudly.

The room is spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s near Taipei Station (5 mins walk) so it’s easy to travel to everywhere.

There's barely any sound insulation - you are clearly able to hear everything in the hallways which woke me up a couple of times. Also, the internet was not secured with a password so I decided not to connect to it due to security reasons.

It's located very close to Taipei Main Station. It's very clean, the staff is very helpful. When elevator broke, I was given a gift. Rooms look modern and are decently sized. There's place where you can get good choice of free drinks and do your laundry.

Terrible person next door who thought it was absolutely okay to make noise till 4 am disturbing my sleep all four nights.

Wonderful staff so friendly and courteous. The rooms are great and comfortable. Close to the station so was easy to get around and to the airport.

The room was... snug. No space to sit anywhere but the bed if you have 2 suitcases (one on the suitcase stand and one on the chair). But it was good value so we didn't mind.

There are small and large breakfast shops and restaurants all over the neighborhood in every direction. The hotel room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Size of room was tight and there were slightly different configurations for same room type. Bed and pillow on the softer size. Bed is more like a smaller double bed, rather than a standard queen size, for 2 pax.

For security reasons, each room should have a peephole installed in the door and a security card access for elevators should be provided.

Staff are nice and helpful. The room is super clean. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the MRT station.

The toilet ‘s smell lingering in the room, even the ac is on. Rooms musty’ smell could be due to the lack of ventilation in the room.

The breakfast bento is so filling and delicious. Choose of breads and beverage aside have a lot of varieties.

Rooms are not completely soundproof. I could hear my neighbors closing their bathroom doors and people entering their rooms across mine, though you won't hear conversations or TV unless they turn up the volume. If you have the misfortune of having an inconsiderate neighbor, like me, you might have a bad time. Mine started making noise at 2 AM and didn't stop for half an hour.

Location is superb- very near Taipei Main Station, with convenience stores and malls located close by or even right beside the hotel. Relatively close to Ximending as well. Beds are comfy enough, and their pantry is quite generous- free instant coffee, tea, and chocolate bars all day and free instant noodles at midnight.
