We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt is a reflection of this lovely town - artistic, intellectual, relaxing and friendly. It has a wonderful collection of books and artwork in the back room. This property also has thoughtful services such as complementary bike rental and delicious food, including desert, gourmet coffee and yummy breakfast.

BelgiumThe check-in communication could have been a bit better. We arrived on a holiday and even though I emailed the HomeStay with our morning arrival time, they seem to be surprised when we arrived. But it was quickly resolved and they welcomed us with free coffee and tea. :)
Ripoll is actually the name of the room we stayed in at this HomeStay which doubles as a coffee shop. The coffee shop closes in the mornings while guests are having breakfast. As a guest, we really loved that drinks were included as part of our stay. It was nice to come back to the HomeStay after an afternoon of biking and relax with a cold drink and a slice of their home-made cakes. The room was very spacious and clean. The temperature outside was quite hot but our room stayed really cool with the A/C. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The mattress and sheets were also very comfortable. There was also a small kitchen with a mini fridge. The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful. They really go the extra mile! I had forgotten my sun hat and when I asked where they bought the hat hanging on the back coat rack they told me that there weren't many buying options in town. The next day to my surprise, they washed the hat and told me I could use it. Unfortunately, the hat didn't fit but the gesture was so thoughtful. On our last day, we had an early train and they prepared a "take away" breakfast for us. I also really appreciated that the HomeStay included bicycles which we used while we stayed in Chishang to ride through the rice fields. It was a great stay!
