House-keeping. They replaced everything the next morning as always, but for the first time, our beds were not made up. I don't know if it was an oversite, or new policy because it was the first time I experienced it.

Room size, the sea view, the fact that it is far enough from the night market to not let the noise bother you and close enough that you can walk there if you want to go.

The room is quite small, and the hotel is very crowded, with public facilities often fully booked. It’s more suitable for families with kids, so couples might find the presence of many children a bit disruptive to the peaceful atmosphere.

The room is right next to the beach with amazing views! It’s clean and well-maintained, and they even provide free beach sandals in the closet. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right at the entrance and within walking distance to Kenting Street. The beach is clean and beautiful, and the breakfast is very generous and satisfying!

Swimming pool was closed , Jacuzzi pool is too old and less interesting. Staff avoids foreigners due to english issue . They were blatantly ignoring me just because i asked them queries in english. However one guy who speaks english helped for the processing

I really liked staying at the hotel near the beach. It felt very relaxing. The food was ok, I liked the live band singing at dinner. The hotel area is very big. You can wash your clothes, but you need coins.

Overall the hotel interiors seem a bit dated, especially from stylistic perspective - which is not such a big deal, as you usually come here to see the beach and surroundings. The rooms are poorly noise-damped, so we had two bad nights with noisy neighbors from above and we can imagine you need good "sleeping assistance" in peak periods. groups hanging around in their hotel rooms, shouting loud until midnight were quite common. The lifeguard/entertaining personell were "very relaxed" and policed everyone to wear lifejackets in the sea and bathing caps in the swimming pool. although otherwise stated on displays it was not possible to rent equipment like bodyboards/surfboards/seakayaks except in the form of occasional advertised communal events. don't expect every staff member understands english.

The beach was very clean, maybe due to the often strong winds. Breakfast buffet was plentyful and with some day-to-day variety. Sitting on the porch right on the beachfront is quite spectacular. The pool area is well maintained. the woman at the bar was really friendly. night market is just a few steps away. national park area worth a day trip not far away.
