Good location (a few mins walk away from Banqiao station), good facilities in the room, spacious, pool and gym were great, all the staff we interactes were very accommodating, good price for a 5-star hotel, we were able to get uber eats delivered there as well with no issues.

Great room, very clean and comfortable. Facilities were great and staff were super friendly and respectful. Good location, close to the MRT and several shopping centres.

Not especially child friendly, more of an upscale business hotel. Kids are welcome, just no family-centric facilities like play areas and laundry machines.

Elegant and comfy, with great service and convenient location across from Banqiao subway station. Pool has an amazing view from the 32nd floor. Staff was very professional and responsive, helping me with lost keys, not knowing how to turn off lights, etc. Umbrellas handed to me at the door on rainy days.

Honestly, I loved everything from the huge bed to the comfortable shower and bath. We were on a high floor with a lovely view of Banqiao. The pool was ideal for cooling down after a hot day. Definitely recommend when staying in Taipei. Everything can be reached easily with the metro and highspeedrail and the station is super close. Also a lot of convenience stores nearby.

Good location and friendly staff with fluent English. The facility is clean, modern and the roof top has a nice view with less people than we expected. They also upgraded our room for free which ended our last day in Taipei very well.

Very slow service at Bar 98 and often the food came long before the drinks. We began putting in two orders: drinks first, then food. Staff seemed unsure whether restaurant costs could be added to room tab. The tv guide yo the hotel seemed very user unfriendly, do we never actually found out what the Lotus and other restaurant served!

The only small downside was that the toilet bowl was separated from the bathroom, so we had to walk over to the bathroom to wash our hands. Maybe only in our room was like that. I am not sure about other rooms though. But aside from that, everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my daughter fell ill during our visit, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us book a cab and recommended the nearest hospital for children, showing genuine care and concern throughout. Their service was impeccable — they took care of our needs with kindness and compassion. They also processed our refund almost immediately, expedited the check-out, and kept us fully informed about the refund details. We had a great stay at this hotel overall. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the snacks and coffee machine were a nice touch. The TV also had a wide variety of channels, which we enjoyed. Thank you to the wonderful staff for their outstanding service during such a challenging time. You truly made a difference, and we are so grateful. Highly recommended!
