Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sri Lankait is bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff members, due to their poor English knowledge. at times some staff members at the reception could not provide accurate details on Metro service etc.. but some were knowledgeable and helpful .
Location is good. Room can be a bit more specious ! Breakfast is good , but could be improved a bit with the spread of Fruits !! Room service and the cleaning staff was superb and helpful. so as the technical staff .

This property is conveniently located close to the MRT Nanjing Fuxing station. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. My room was a little small, but as I was a solo traveller it wasn't an issue. The room was very quiet which I really liked.
