The hotel is situated admist the hills so the tranquillity that transcends is such a bonus for us after a hectic week in New York. The thermal bath was great....our legs particularly were so relaxed after a soak. We were given an upgrade to a suite which was much appreciated. The stroll down to the town area was an easy walk...remember to take the short cut to the Thermal Valley....quicker and you get a free soak of your hands at the valley too.

There was no information about the facility placement at the hotel, when checking in they also didn’t inform me about anything, I had to find out myself. The metro station is quite far.

The room was great well isolated and cozy. Service was fast, good location for beitou main attractions.

It is a great hotel to stay if you go Beitou or Xinbeitou The onsen available inside the room is so convenient. Public pool available and lot of facilities inside. An indoor swimming pool suitable for family with young kids. Very convenient to get the bus pick up at Beitou station. Staff is very friendly. The bus driver is very helpful and friendly. Thank you. I will recommend you to stay there.

The location was a bit out of the way from everything. Required either a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus which comes once an hour to pick up guest from either the Beitou or Xinbeitou station.

The property was beautiful. They upgraded our room to a room with the private onsen and we loved it. It was nice to run a bath with the hot springs water and relax after a long day of exploring Taipei. We also enjoyed utilizing the public hot spring which included 5 different hot spring baths with varying temperatures. They also had a swimming pool and an area you can do VR but we just didn’t have the time to utilize those amenities. Beautiful scenery around the hotel too.

The steep and narrow slope with two way traffic up the hotel is the most interesting part, to test my driving skills.

I love the hot spring tub, the beds and pillows, and the small little place for us to have our tea and meals. and last but not least the gaming area and swimming at level 1, that's the best!!!

The public baths are outdated, the texture of the baths are very strange. The temperatures of the cold bath are not cold enough and not enough variance with the hot baths.

The staff is amazing, they helped us book a tennis court and had excellent communication skills, the room was excellent, clean, and comfortable

The room is very spacious and very clean. The hot spring bath was fantastic with a nice tea area, robes and tea provided, to make the experience very enjoyable. We had a great time.

Kids under 12 years old are not allowed at the Public hot springs!! Bring your swimming caps if planning to use the indoor pool (where water is kind of cold and closes so early at 19.00 …). Food and breakfast are okayish … It is not the property’sfault, but the public road and stairs down to Thermal Valley is a bit “unwelcoming” …

Nice design and peaceful location near the mountain and walking distance to Beitou museum. Convenient Bus from xinbeitou station.

The large stone bath was undoubtedly the highlight of this location - very well-maintained and you get to soak with a nice view all to yourself. Do note that if you're sensitive to the smell of Sulphur it may be harsher considering it's indoors, but the extraction fan did a great job as the smell does not get into the rest of the room. The location is a little far out and uphill, so walking there may not be a great idea - make use of the shuttle bus. Rooms are clean and well-sized, breakfast has a decent variety, and the staff has been nothing but helpful and kind.
