Every morning there was an odd sewage smell in the hallways that was NOT in our room so no big deal.

The facility is clean and spacious even for our family of 4 in one room. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were friendly and professional. We stayed in three facilities across Taiwan, and this was by far our favorite.

There’s a bit of unpleasant smell in the room every now and then. This was kind of sorted out by having an air purifier in the room and having the aircon turned on all the time.

Spacious room in a convenient location within walking distance to the MRT. We appreciated the complimentary biscuits and fruits available in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Toby, the assistant manager, for being exceptionally accommodating and attentive to our needs. We were delighted with Mr Hampcourt, the delivery robot, who was very efficient and diligent 👍!

Our room was a bit dirty, however we alerted the front desk and by the time we returned from dinner our eoom was pretty much spotless.

Breakfast was a good, but a bit vanilla for our liking.

Big space to have two big beds. Big bathroom with shower and bath tub separate. Very clean. Bathing gel is good quality. Coffee is from Mr Brown. It is around 5 mins walk to metro. Coin laundry is a great bonus. And I will definitely go back again.

Across from highway so a bit noisy at night

Great location with Metro station few minutes walk away. Convenient stores and places for food. They have a coin laundry on the 3rd that opens from 7am to 9am which is great. The hotel is clean and lots of space in the guest room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great place to get a good night rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Breakfast is provided with many kind of food, and there are also some cookie and fruit for free. The room is clean and spacious that can get a full rest. The hotel waiters are kind to solve the problem.

Clean and spacious rooms, very good location 5 min walk to MRT. We were family with kids and we loved the hotel. Breakfast spread was good though less options for vegetarians.

The staff is great, especially the manager! Very courteous and helpful. I got a free upgrade of my room which is a pleasant surprise. The trip was very pleasant and nice. Location of the hotel is very convenient for me and my family.

Netflix was advertised as a room amenity, however, it was not. You need your own Netflix account to watch. Conflicting and confusing information was provided to us. 1 staff member advised that everything in the room was complimentary (tariff list is only for extra items that you request for), even the yukata that was nicely provided on the bed. Big sign in the cupboard said that yukata should not be taken home. Re-confirmed with another staff, and they confirmed that no yukata should be taken home. Not a fault of the hotel, but the closest MRT station exit did not have escalators going up (or down). If frequenting the MRT with kids, something to take note.

Great hotel, which was very spacious! The room can fit 3 large suitcases comfortably. Large comfortable beds too. Pillow a little high for my liking. Great view from the balcony of buildings and the mountains. The highway was right in front, but wasn't noisy with the doors closed (12th floor). There were complimentary snacks and fruit in the lobby, and also cup noodles at night. There was a toy room which had a variety of toys to entertain young kids for hours. Nintendo was also there. However, it seems like a game card or account was required to utilize. Coin operated washer and dryer was handy, note that it closes at night. Variety of cold boxed drinks such as milk tea, barley, sports drink, and fruit juice was complimentary in the room, and restocked every room refresh. Bus station right around the corner, and plenty of eateries and Starbucks a few shops down. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Very clean, and modern toilets with a bidet was a bonus.

The hotel location is near to MRT and the room extremely huge with nice bedding, clean toilet and even with pyjamas. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel will prepare small snacks and fruits all day long. Even with Taiwan Cup noodles for supper, is really very thoughtful and kind.

The laundry room had only 1 machine and people often left their clothes inside so you couldn't use it.
