The location is great- on the edge of the busy area which meant that you can hear the late night drunks from the street. Didn't bother me but my husband is a light sleeper.

It's a great boutique hotel with industrial vibes and a cute bunny that lives at reception. The staff are accommodating and friendly- no tasks too small! The rooms are modern and clean. We got the family room which had a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom had a lot of natural light which made it more welcoming. I like the small touches they add in which made the stay with enjoyable for my family.

An electrical plug on the left side of my bed wasn’t working. There was no place to unpack underwear. Maybe not having drawers for drawers is a thing in Taiwan. I prefer to unpack.

There are Japanese toilets! The industrial design is strong and clean. The staff were lovely. The room was small but it had everything one needs including daily snacks.

This hotel is exceptional value for money in the heart of Ximending. We opted for a room with no window as the final night in our trip to Taipei and it was excellent. If I could do it all over again, I would have opted for this as our accommodation for longer in Taipei. The staff were excellent and the bunny rabbit in the lobby was beyond adorable.

The hotel is located inside a very old and shabby building in the outskirts of Ximending, entrance of the building is so run down but once you get on the hotel floor then it’s ok.

Bathroom is very clean, staff is super nice and attentive.

the hotel is a bit far from the metro. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors from other rooms. Also, I booked a room with a “garden view,” but in reality it was just a tree and a few nearby buildings — not exactly private, especially when using the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything felt very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience extra comfortable.

Everything is fine except that there is a step to the bathroom, which is not so friendly for elderly. Other than that, the room is nice and cosy. Value for money. And it a short work to the heart of ximending. Staff are friendly and helpful.

However, the room is rather small, and the soundproofing is not very good.

The industrial-style décor creates a strong design atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby. Adding to that, the warm attitude of the staff further enhances my impression of Atour Hotel. The room is well-equipped, and the TV even offers free Netflix – truly enjoyable!

The hotel is located in the 4th floor. It is hard to find the time you arrive. The housekeeping also took a long time. We booked 2 rooms, at the time of check in only one room is available. We have to wait for I think for more than 1 hour for our other room.

The hotel staffs are great. They are super friendly and attentive to the guests. One of the hotel staffs gave us some dessert while waiting for our van on our last day. And I really appreciated the heat pack that one of the staffs gave our grandma. Thank u for that. The location is nice. The rooms are great also. They have Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso! The bathroom in the lobby is very clean. Plus the Japanese toilets. The bunny in the lobby is fun to look for every time you come back and go out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Taipei.
