One thing we wished for was a door for the restroom and shower. Since we were a larger group, it would have been much easier to use the space simultaneously—like someone showering while others dried their hair or got ready.

The breakfast was very good, and the room (for 5) was spacious. We loved it.

The location wasn't as convenient, don't have much within the walking distance.

We had a roof level room with an outdoor tub, it was so wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated.

The staff were so friendly, they let us check in early and gave Christmas presents to our kids! The pool was perfect for young kids as it is big but shallow. And our room was so big making it perfect for our family. Also so close to the beach.

We stayed here for two nights and experienced the hospitality of the staff fully. They not only greeted us with smiles but also helped solved with our questions during our stay. The hotel itself was like a miniature of a Moroccan museum with many artistic details where you can take pretty pictures with the free costumes the hotel provided. Definitely worth the money. I loved the breakfast as well.

This Hotel offers great hospitality by the friendly staffs. Free transfer was offered by hotel between Heng Chun bus station and the Hotel. Hotel has special atmosphere and a great swimming pool and free Arabic customs for hire. Rooms is roomy with a outdoor bath tub. Hotel is only 10 mins walk to the infamous Nanwan beach. Overall, the hotel is in good clean condition compared to other major bigger branded hotels nearby. Strongly recommended if you want a different style of accommodation.

We had a room to the street and it was very loud, when sitting on the wonderful terrace, better choose one back off the street.

It was just a very comfortable stay in Amanda Hotel! The Manager was very helpful and nice and organized a day tour with a private taxi to go around.

The design and decor of the hotel is amazingly beautiful and elegant, we really felt like we lived in the Mediterranean areas like kings and queens 😉 Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of onsite parking. A beautiful public beach is about a short 2-minute drive. We loved this place and will go back again!

The location was unfortunately not walking distance to any of the nearby beaches or restaurants given the typical weather of the location. I would rather not contemplate a 20 minute walk in the heat to get to the beach. Kenting Night Market is a short 7 minute taxi ride away but the local taxis charge a flat rate of getting there so it is not a great monetary deal. The breakfast food selection is mediocre. It had a bit of everything but none of it stood out.

The room we had was very spacious. The private pool was a nice touch and the entire outdoor area had sufficient privacy to lounge and relax. The lighting in the outdoor area was also designed to produce a nice ambience for a night cap in your own room while dipping your toes in the private pool.

Fantastic hotel, very beautiful. My room was fantastic, beautiful, large and with a big terrace with a bathtub. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They speek good english. There is a very nice beach about one kilometer walk from the hotel. And there are also some shops and restaurants there.

- The staff was least accommodating and basis their convenience would suddenly speak English else act like they could understand and we could sense they spoke about us - No functional restaurant apart from when breakfast is served - No help / assistance provided if we went to arrange for transport or a pick up or drop even in terms of a reference - Zero facilities and wouldn’t even allow visitors almost felt like staying at a hostel less of a hotel Vs how they have positioned themselves

Nothing to be honest I couldn’t wait to check out and regret spending 4 days .. they proper isn’t sea facing and at lest a 1Km + walk Only thing they accommodated was when I wanted to switch rooms as the first one assigned to me though it was a non smoking property felt of smoke Room decor is super tacky and cheap

The greet was bizarre. It took some time to get to the room and the lady was trying to sell us products. The whole reception and check in was strange. The room had a weird smell that lingered the whole time!!

The room was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The included breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing.

Our room had a musty smell, the pillows on the couch smelled like it had never been washed. There were no windows in our hotel room.

The hotel had a fun theme and the decor and architecture reflected the theme very well. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Female staff are required to dress up like Princess Jasmine in Aladdin, but male staff wore normal clothes. When I brought up that this was unfair and sexiest, the male manager assured me that the female staff are “fond” of wearing this as a uniform. It looked uncomfortable and I felt uncomfortable seeing it.

The decor is nice and the size of the room was great.
