Very good hotel to stay. Location is quite good. Short walk from Tainan train station to hotel and close to 7-11. I sleep quite well for 3 nights. The hotel staff are very nice and willing to help. I will choose this hotel for my next trip in Tainan.

The pillows are to soft and flat. It doesn't give a good support to the neck. Making the sleep not enjoyable

The room is spacious and clean. The location is good, 7-11 is just few walk away. All the local eatery stall are all nearby. It is a walking distance to the famous temple and the wet market. It really worth the stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded which made the price even more appealing and we were able to extend our stay by one night, after Kong-Rey made our travel plans impossible. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you would expect at higher prices.

The wifi was not the best.

The room 701 was clean enough and spacious enough, with a desk to work at one's laptop, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe with clothes racks and good quality hangers to hang one's suits on. They have a washing and a drying machine at the top floor. The staff is helpful. They provide water, tea, and a boiler. The location is not bad, just 5-6 minutes walking from the train station.

Empty bottle of water under the bed. Otherwise pretty clean. Breakfast isn’t included. No bath mat for the floor.

Decent location - short walk to the station. I asked for a quiet room and I was given a room away from the busy main road. It was nice to have a bath in the room. Comfortable bed and spacious room. It was good enough for a short stay. There’s a button you can press to indicate no cleaning.

The layout of the double bed is all towards one side of the bed lamps and lamp control panel, so I bet in the past it was meant to be inbetween 2 twin beds. It's not very convenient for guests of 2 that want a double bed to get on or off the bed from only 1 side (the other side is right against a wall, and leaving a lot of room on the far side where a twin bed used to be placed...) That can be better use of the empty space as well, say for a small sofa or chairs + small table. Just some food for thoughts

The hotel lobby is a bit old-school, so when checking in was a bit worried over the room, but I can see that they've modernized the room facilities to be a bit Japanese wooden theme. The staff were generally friendly and we purchased some real local souvenirs home too. Location is around 7-10 min walk from the train station (but beware this is the train station, not for high speed rail).
