I didn't like the security lights that were very bright outside the bedroom window.... I am a darkened room, sleeper.

My husband would of liked that there was a washing machine and dryer.

The host provided a nice fruit platter together with a bottle of non alcohol wine with glasses in a bucket to help celebrate my husband's birthday. The place was nice and clean and the water in pool was warm. The place had all the utensils you would need as if you were in your own home.

We did have a plumbing issue. We didn't use the pool during the daytime while we were there because there were construction workers onsite. The plumbing was fixed the same day. Suggestion: more lights on the pool deck, more pillows and an outdoor grill.

I loved the cute room, the comfort, the kitchenette, the grounds, the quietness, and the owner's friendliness. A truly wonderful experience! Very good customer service. Thanks, Gillian!!!

No windows in the bedroom. Immovable shower head. TV in the front room where there was no AC. The gap under the front door which we could see mosquitos come in to the apartments.

Access to a private swimming pool. A helpful and lovely host. Supermarkets near by.

The check out time was very early especially as we checked in 8 o'clock I was astonished by the time and a bit disappointed as my girls only had one day to really utilize the pool

I love how cozy and private the house was. The pool was heavenly and my girls absolutely enjoyed every moment in there!

I was furious that my booking was shown as confirmed right up to my arrival. I emailed the property to confirm my stay, and the person said my booking was cancelled days before, but I was never notified, and my email was never answered. To make matters worse, although my booking was cancelled, I got an email asking for money by bank transfer. Luckily, I was not stupid enough to do that as my email from Booking.com said to pay at the property. The person on the phone tried to justify their incompetence by saying I was not the first person they turned away for booking just one night as it was the fault of Booking.com for allowing the booking to go through for one night only. Later that day, I got an email thanking me for staying there. A while after, I got another email saying sorry for the disappointment in not allowing me to stay, but they do not accept bookings for one night, and they had overbooked. This place makes Faulty Towers look fantastic!

I can not tell you what I like about this place as I never got to stay there as when I turned up for my stay, on a tour from the UK with one night in Scarborough I was told they do not allow guests to stay for just one night.

1.The beds provided were very very uncomfortable. We all experienced excruciating back pains for the four (4) nights of our stay 2. The cooking gas finished while preparing a meal on the day before check out. Our host was notified immediately as we were not finished cooking our meal. She responded in a rude, offensive manner, "but Jane, you've been cooking quite a lot".....she address me by name, which has been changed for the purpose of privacy. I had to defend myself by explaining that it was not true and that the gas tank was near empty from day 1. She then offered a tank and asked that my husband collect it at the front of the property. 3. After we vacated, our disappointments were raised with the host, however all she offered was an apology.

The warm water pool was a nice feature. The facility was clean. The kitchenette was well equipped.

The apartment was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend for persons who would like to unwind and relax tropical apartment is the perfect getaway. The owner was so friendly and gave us great advice on tours to visit while we were there. Definitely will going back soon!!!!

Really clean and lovely with a great pool at perfect temperature. Easy walk to local shop and feels very safe. Everybody we met were really friendly too. Gillian was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The only improvement we feel the place needs is facilities to wash clothes, Gillian assured us this is in progress. I would definately highly recommend this place if you want a fantastic holiday.

As is self catering location, having available some basic seasoning (oil, vinegar) will help, as alternative for guests is to buy half a liter for really using just a spoon .

The whole place is in excellent condition. We loved the lush garden, the spacious and well kept apartment and especially the wonderful, caring hosts. WONDERFUL people that we absolutely fell in love with. We can recommend this place 100%!
