The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean.

Offer socks for guess who probably need them, the prices at the bar and cafe was a little pricey. The windows from our room was hazzy so the glass on the outside probably needs cleaning.

The friendly staff. The professional service, the ambiance of the waterfront restaurant, the clean rooms, the amenities provided, of course the food!

What’s not to like!

Very comfortable & spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff and good food. Breakfast buffet had a good range of options.

Breakfast was always amazing, so much choice and the staff are SOOOO helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble and there is choice for everyone.

Make sure you book breakfast when booking the rooms, as if you have younger children and they don't eat a lot, it can be a little on the expensive side... BUT you get fed well. Also the bar's in the evening could do with opening a little later than they do.

It was on the water but at night there would be so much trash floating on it , kind of defeated the idea, also the cleaning staff did not clean the room a couple times and when I requested it he clean , the housekeeper had such an attitude and did the bare minimum,

The ambiance, cleanliness and overall comfort of the hotel was amazing.

It was the night before Emancipation Holiday so at approximately 12am, my fiance and I were a bit hungry, however no food items were unavailable. This caused us to have to leave the hotel to get same. Additionally, upon checking in, while the hotel was booked in my name, I had to attend an event and thus I gave my fiance the information, together with my identification cards (his credit card was used to make the booking); however he encountered difficulties checking in until he spoke to the Supervisor who understood and allowed him to do so. When leaving the hotel, we wished to go up to the pool area to take some pictures however the woman checking us out had a hostile attitude stating that we were not allowed because we checked out. While I do understand that, the tone in which she spoke and her overall attitude was definitely frowned upon . Prior to making the booking, I called the hotel to ensure that locals would have been entitled to breakfast even though it was not stated on the booking app. The customer service representative had me on hold for approximately 10 minutes while she contacted front desk to confirm. She did confirm that breakfast is available to Trinidadians. She said that if I booked with her, she would have just made a note of same. However, I decided to book myself through the booking app. Upon checking in, my fiance was told that breakfast is unavailable. The only reason we did not mind the price was because we thought breakfast was included. However after finding out that it was not, this was a great disappointment. In this light we recommend that your Customer Service Representatives are informed of same to properly inform your customers.
