The only hiccup which we met and remained with us was the electronics for the door. In an attempt to make the process high tech, I think the whole thing is a bit complicated and the technology failed resulting in the door not locking during our stay. Other than that the property is well put away in a lovely are, everything is new. There really is not anything else to complain about.

I think the only thing would maybe be the parking situation (although it wasnt an issue at all the time we went there since we basically had the space to ourselves.)but if it was fully occupied i could see possibly a potential issue, but i guess if some nice basic rules for guest sharing the parking is provided after booking, it can avoid any problems. Other than that, a very nice place and we will be returning.

Place is very clean and spacious, large bedrooms and living space, even a washer and dryer is available. Location on point. We will return once available. Pool is a bit on the smaller side but still great, especially if you are able to have to yourselves. The acting hostess was very nice to us and we thank her for her generosity!! Host was also helpful as well when we encountered a bit of a problem with the auto lock system and everything was sorted out. My family and I had a great stay.

The parking. Spots are not allocated by the apartment, so if you are blocked in, it's difficult to know which guest the vehicle belongs to. I was a bit considerate and left my phone number on the vehicle I was blocking. It worked out well for that guest, but I was awoken at 2 am to move my vehicle.😐

I liked everything

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Highend Resort, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is immaculate, with the pool area being particularly impressive. No hot water, but with the weather, it wasn't necessary....

This resort was very comfortable, secure,spacious, and peaceful, with comfortable beds, soft blankets, and all kitchen amenities needed exactly what I wanted when I was looking for somewhere to relax with my family. The only disappointment I had was the checkout time. On their policies, the checkout time is between 12p.m. and 1p.m.... But I was told we have to leave for 12 or pay extra☹️ What I absolutely loved was the washer and dryer a huge bonus for me very convenient.... will definitely book again....

The apartment was clean, peaceful, secure and well-equipped with major appliances. It was a great place for a Tobago getaway with the family. We had a great time relaxing in the pool. The property is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It's a few minutes drive to Crown Point and there are restaurants and beaches within close proximity. There is parking on the compound which is secured with an electronic gate.

This resort is one of the best i've been to in Tobago. The pictures on the site does not do the venue justice. The resort is impeccably clean and spacious . For those of you who love privacy, you will love the location. You are provided with all amenties and then some.The owner is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I truly have no reason to stay anywhere else in Tobago. I have found my next home.

Only thing they need to change is their number on the booking.com app to get in contact with them. It was slightly inconvenient when trying to get a hold of them and I was unable to via calling the number given to me on the booking.com app.

Both the apartment and pool were very cozy and relaxing, it felt secluded but safe at the same time. I liked the rooms, and the staff were very welcoming also. Definitely would book with High end Resort again soon.

There is nothing that i didn't like about highend resort.

The host were very friendly and accommodating. The ambience and the facilities at this venue allowed me to destress and be totally relaxed. It felt like a home away from home as there was everything I needed for my stay. I'm very pleased. And last but not least, i must reiterate thaht the customer service and amenities were exceptional.

Location is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, but please note that you will need a vehicle to get to shops and other facilities.

Family friendly :) & very comfortable and well-kept. Great ammenities. Excellent communication and support from hosts. Short drive to shopping centers and tourist areas such as Buccoo Beach and Mt. Irvine.
