Nothing, wouldnt want to stay a week here unless l was going for the party scene but a fabulous location.

Great little found, right in the centre of the town. All of the restaurants entertainment ,right on your doorstep.Stayed only 1 night as Villa wasn't ready. Breakfast is nice , fresh juice etc

What we didn't like, unfortunately, doesn't depend on the hotel. It was the music and noise that came from the dance floor and restaurants by the sea. All we could do was close the window tightly and turn on the air conditioner at night. I recommend the hotel for one or two nights, as it is close to the sea, supermarkets and good restaurants. If stay longer, then close the windows at night.

The hotel has a good layout, located in the very center of the old city, in a quiet alley. There are small restaurants nearby, but there is no noise from them. The room was clean, there were shampoos, tea and coffee, a refrigerator, an electric kettle.

The twin beds were extremely uncomfortable and need replacing. We both hardly slept the night we stayed.

The rooms were slightly small but they were clean and had everything in them that we needed.

Our room was unclean (dirty toilet and floors). There was a used cup and tooth pick and no jug, However there was tea in the room .

Very central location with a free parking lot just next door which is great. Easy to walk around kalkan and the staff very very friendly. Room was tidy and breakfast was nice.

The constant noise from restaurants/ clubs each night which kept us awake. Also a lot of street dogs roaming about.

Very old worn out furniture, tiny stuffy room - looks very different from the pictures; in the bathroom, water was dripping from the ceiling Very limited selection for the breakfast, not even a salad All of that would have been tolerable if not the price, which is way to high for the value

They don’t specify that they are right behind the biggest club in Kalkan. The music was so loud the floor was vibrating. There was no way we were going to be able to sleep through it. As people who had never been to Kalkan before we felt it would have been appreciated to learn about this before making a decision on our booking

Loved the views from the hotel. Staff where really friendly and helpful. We would of had a curry in the restaurant on the terrace but we did feel as we was a guest that they could of offered a discount. Maybe something they could look at the only problem we had was bat poo all on our balcony but as soon as we asked to move room we was moved right away and we was very happy. I'm not sure what they could do to stop this really anyway we would definitely stay here again so all is good
