This is a beautiful oasis run by a lovely couple! We had a fantastic couple of nights - the room was spacious, clean and has a good shower. The breakfast in the mornings is simply outstanding - best we have had! But most importantly the friendliness and hospitality of the owners really stands out.

The owners of Yellow Stone were amazing, they were friendly, responsive and provided great tips on what to visit in the city. We actually had a room upgrade, which was an amazing surprise. The room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was lovely. Everything was delicious. We enjoy so much looking at the balloons from the rooftop. The hotel location is perfect, close to everything but not in the middle of the busy areas. We were able to find easy parking in front of the hotel which was very convenient.

We love our stay here- Fatih and his wife were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful!! The rooms were very clean and nice with large, comfy beds. The breakfast each morning was delicious and so filling. They arranged a sunset ATV tour and a sunrise balloon ride for us. The latter was last minute since the one we initially booked was cancelled due to weather, and they were able to get us a fantastic price that was €60-75 less than the prices online. We absolutely loved our stay here.

if I have to say a thing I am not that happy with, it would be the distance to town center where all the shops and restaurants are. It takes about 5 minutes to there by foot, not a problem to me. But it is little hard for my wife who has hip pain, plus the weather is burning hot and dry. After walking around the town, she prefers those hotels which are just arm distance to the restaurants. Again, it is just our personal problem. This hotel is superb overall.

Room is spotlessly clean. Actually the entire 3-story building are so clean, the stairway, the kitchen, the roof terrace and even the front yard. Breakfast is great. Sam, the owner if I remembered his name right and his wife are very nice being willing to answer all our questions regarding the town and their culture. We can see the hot balloon rising from the roof of the hotel which is so cool.

The staffs were so kind to help everything that I needed while I was there. The location is easy to walk to the center and it s still quiet enough to sleep during the night. There was a leaking under the wash basin in the bathroom that I stayed

Highly recommend this place. While it's not a cave hotel (many say they are, but aren't), it's a perfect location to watch the balloons as they fly directly overhead. Both mornings, they were within 20 meters! The owners are very attentive and have many suggestions and will help you with your needs. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is the best we've had in Turkey, and we've been here for a month.

Nothing. Well, maybe getting up at 03;15 in the morning for the balloon flight, but that wasn't their fault.

In the 30 years of traveling, never met I a sweeter couple running a property than Mehmet and Fatih. Mehmet is very knowledgeable about anything happening in the neighborhood, He'll arrange anything you want to do. If you haven't got the cash yet, he'll happily pay it for you in advance. Fatih makes killer breakfasts you won't be able to finish. And all is done with a big smile, During our stay the room did not have airco, yet. But during our stay, Mehmet was delighted to announce his building permit got through, so it'll probably be installed in no time. Besides the house is build of thick sandstone, and very heat resistant. On top of that, they have a ton of ventilators they are happy to share, so no biggy at all. Value for money is almost embarrassing.

Loved everything!

Staying at this beautiful boutique hotel in Cappadocia was one of the highlights of my trip to Turkey. Although it’s only been open for a year, it is run with such care and passion by its owners—a lovely newlywed couple who manage every detail personally and make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive. Their attention to detail is remarkable—from the beautifully arranged breakfast tables set individually for each guest to the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. One of the most unforgettable experiences was watching the hot air balloons float above the stunning landscape right from the hotel’s terrace. The owners also helped me book a magical flying dress photo shoot with the balloons in the background, which was an absolute dream come true. They arranged my airport transfers as well, making everything seamless and stress-free. Their hospitality and dedication to making each guest’s stay special truly sets this hotel apart. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. I would love to return and stay here again—it was an experience I will never forget.

Had an amazing stay for a couple nights here. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area but within walkable distance from the lights and noise of the touristy centre. The hosts are amazing. They are friendly and kind and were super helpful in answering our questions. Thanks to them we were able to get hot air balloon rides booked without any worry, and the terrace also provides a great ground view of the balloons at sunrise. I cannot wait to come back to Cappadocia and I know that I would love to stay here again! :)

I wasn’t expecting so many stairs, but it was ok for me. However, if you can’t do stairs, you might want to talk with them before booking.

The property was a few streets back from the busy parts of town. This was great for peaceful sleeping! The nights are cooler, so you will want to sleep with the windows open. It was an amazing experience!

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The couple who own it are incredibly kind and thoughtful, always going above and beyond to take care of their guests. The breakfast they prepared each morning was AMAZING! The room was excellent—the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure. We spent there 3 nights but we wanted to stay more. As the place it’s fantastic, Fatih and Betül are kind, helpful and very nice, they make you feel at home. It’s located near the city centre by walking distance but in the most quiet part so it’s a plus. We enjoyed an amazing homemade breakfast that is above the expectations and with a great view from the balcony (from where you have a great sunrise and you spot the balloons) The room was very clean and comfortable! It’s a must go place

We had an unforgettable stay, Yellow Stone House is close to the Göreme centre, but far enough away to be quiet and easily park our car rental. Our honeymoon stay was absolutely perfect, and Fatih and his wife made sure we felt special from the moment we arrived. Within minutes of mentioning it was our honeymoon, Fatih arranged beautiful balloons and decorations in our room, which was such a lovely surprise! The check-in process was smooth and seamless, and our room was cozy, clean, and beautifully appointed. But the highlight for me was the breakfast – absolutely delicious! Betül is an amazing cook, and she was so welcoming and kind, making each morning even better. And as if that wasn’t enough, we were also treated to cake during lunch just because—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Fatih went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and memorable as possible. He arranged transfers, helped us book a red bus tour, and even organized a hot air balloon ride for us. No request was too big or small for him, and we felt so well taken care of. The location of the accommodation is also ideal—close to shops and plenty of activities, so we were never short of things to do. This trip truly felt like a honeymoon highlight, and I can’t recommend it enough. Fatih and his wife made our stay unforgettable, and I’m so grateful for all the extra touches that made this experience even more magical.
