At the 16th floor there was a lot of wind, and since the windows on the hallway weren't fully closed, it sometimes got noisy. Wind noise in room too, right window wasn't perfectly closeable. Water was either hot or cold and average shower pressure.

Good variety for breakfast (eggs, soup, vegan options, deserts, fruit, cereal + milk, meats). Very friendly reception staff and breakfast waiters. In-location Starbucks coffee. Good wifi in rooms. Walking distance, very close to Istanbul Fuar Merkezi for conferences!

Basic amenities such as water kettle or iron may not be readily available, general staff didn’t speak English well so communication was challenging at times. Certain policies at the hotel seemed quite uncommon.

As we had stayed there for visiting the trade fair nearby, the hotel was very conveniently located for us. The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Dining was good too and the reception staff communicated well.

Stronger coffee when in Turkey

Great location if you visit local fair - only 5 minutes walking. Othewise it is quite far away from the city center with almost no restaurants nearby. Breakfast was rich with a lot of options to choose from, coffee could be stronger :)

Breakfast could be better with coffee and real juices. Taxi is a bit problem cause they don't come fast when reception ask. You can use Metro bus though.

Breakfast was OK, coffee poor though, room was spacious and comfort with lots of amendment, location very convenient to the CNR expo center. Parking excellent and safe. Security is also high for good. Also local Mall with great selection of food and shopping arcade

While I booked in a fixed price in EUR, finally I was charged in TL as well as with variable currency change cost in my credit card. The final over-head was about 4,5 EUR. This would not have been happened if the charge in my credit card was directly/exclusively in EUR. Unfortunately, either booking.com did not help me nor the hotel :-( The WOW Airport hotel is a 4-star hotel and actually I got misunderstood when I entered at WOW Istanbul hotel which is a 5-star (It seems that there is an actual great difference). I feel that the price seems somehow expensive for the overall value-for-money.

I stayed at WOW Airport Hotel for one night during a Conference that took place in the WOW Convention Center which is in the middle of the twin tower hotels. The room was really spacious and clean with a view with many compliments (water, tea, coffee). The staff was fiendly and kind. They helped me with my luggages, late check-out and storage for free. Also, in the out area of the hotel there are restaurants and fast-food while inside the hotel there is a Starbucks cafe and restaurant. The hotel is easily and quickly accessible by taxi from the new Istanbul Airport (IST) in the north. The hotel is ideal and safe in case there is an event closely but is far away from Istanbul down (old) town. Of course, there is a metro station (line M1A) near to the hotel and cheap taxi. I cannot express my opinion about the provided breakfast because I did not taste it (but I tasted the cakes and coffee at the Convention Center and they were good).

I had issues with my room - the hotel people moved me straight away to a better room. I had issues with a taxi driver ripping me off - the hotel people sorted out the issue straight away. Room was great, hotel was great but the staff were exceptional

Need renovation, furniture getting older. car park entrance have stairs. So uncomfortable for baby stroller.

Location is good for fair. İfm just 1 min by walk. Room is big enough. Lobby restaurant have nice food. Bed is big and comfortable. Generally hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful.
