Don't book tours through the hotel the tour agency they partner with overcharges and their guide was not happy to be there, mini fridge was very loud at night so I unplugged it, yes you can hear ppl in the hallway but it wasn't a problem ppl were mostly respectful, it's kind of down a random back road and up a small steep hill, not a big issue but definitely not in the center of everything which makes it quieter which is nice

The hotel is run by a family who are extremely attentive and meticulous with every detail. We took a hot air balloon ride with the hotel's partner company, and it was wonderful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety. The hotel is located close to the city center and restaurants, with short walks available. There's a private parking space. One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. I would definitely return.

The rugs in the room were quite dusty making us sneeze.

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely. We were able to enjoy a cool breeze in the evenings and watch the balloons early morning from here. It is a tastefully furnished and decorated guesthouse. Generous breakfast.

This family run hotel has lots of charm. The room was nice & we got a free upgrade! There was an impressive spread at breakfast, which is on the top floor, so you get to eat with a stunning view of Goreme and around. It was a very short walk to the main part of town but no problem with noise at night. Parking was on site.

We stayed four nights. Location is in walking distance to the central Goreme. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Room is spacious and you can see the whole valley from there. We had a small balcony too. You can see hot air balloons from the room and the terrace. We saw a ballon flew above the hotel. It is a wonderful sight.

The shower door is a bit broken; when you shower, the water comes out, so the floor mat gets a bit too wet. we lived in second top floor, and upstairs is for breakfast, when ppl move chairs very loudly, you can hear it from the room.

The room is big, I like the way they decorated. The location is great, close to the main station and main street, but in a quiet area. The terrace is amazing for taking pictures and watching balloons in the morning. The reception was very helpful, we arrived late due to the flight delay, but they welcomed us at midnight and helped us to lift luggage upstairs to room. And the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was arranged by the hotel well. Their dog Bella likes to sleep on the reception desk. so cute!

Bed was a bit firm, but overall comfortable. There was an umbrella on the terrace, but it was always closed. It would be nice to avoid being directly in the sun.

Breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a cute rooftop space to enjoy and take photos as well. Room was a good size and had a mini refrigerator.
